I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews describing service but I've gone probably 10 times recently to use as a study space and I've been fortunate to have gotten good service I suppose? The employees seem busy but they're friendly and helpful, even when I tried to redeem a faulty gift card they were patient. However I do think they're pricey, especially for the small servings. I would come here a lot more if the prices weren't so inflated.

Perfect little spot for a fresh fast delicious meal.

Poor service. Used the kiosk and went to pay and it went back to home screen. The manager really did not care. We suggested they put up an out of order sign. Of course they didn't so the next person will have the same problem

The waiter was quite nice, but got our order wrong and charged us extra. He seemed to not know what he was doing and was very slow. I had a brownie, which was surprisingly nice, also the reason why this is 3 stars and not 2, Lattes weren't that great and not extra

I love the salads at Panera Bread, but we just wanted latte's and cakes.
They got our original drinks order wrong, which we realised when the total seemed too high.
Our extra hot latte's were not very hot.
The children loved the Brownies though.

I ordered takeout and the salad I got was definitely not worth the price. There was hardly any lettuce on it. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location that this has happened. I usually don’t have an issue with the Vista location on their portion sizes.

An excellent place for food, work and study. The management is great and friendly, the store manager Mark is always greeting you with a smile along with his staff who are great people, each one of them. Great team and friendly environment.

I have ordered from this Panera Bread location multiple times, and every time, I’ve had a bad experience. The staff is consistently rude and inattentive. On several occasions, I stood in line for minutes waiting to place my order, but the employees ignored me and continued doing their own tasks as if I wasn’t even there.

The last time I ordered a salad, the menu clearly stated that it included avocado, but when I received it, there was none! This wasn’t just a one-time mistake—it has happened multiple times. It seems like there is no attention to detail in preparing orders and no respect for customers. After several disappointing experiences, I felt the need to write this review because nothing seems to be improving at this location.

Panera's always good especially if you want something fast and quick!!!
