Food was yummy

Alex Simmons

Selfish self-centered customer cornered me and my dog waving his cane at my dog with his hat and sunglasses on asking if he could come pet my dog and I told him no. Please please stay away. He kept on coming at me cornering my dog. My dog barked in fear my service dog. He kept on coming at me as I repeatedly told him. No no. Please stay away as I tried to eat my sandwich in peace in the corner sitting peacefully minding my own business. The guy finally went away and then immediately. The manager told me I couldn't sit inside the the store, eating my sandwich and peas really getting me to outside when I was peacefully, mine and my own business and trying to enjoy my sandwich. Awful experience. I told the guy right from the beginning. No please don't come towards my dog and he kept on coming towards and advancing at me waving his stick at my dog with his sunglasses and hat on refusing to back away. Awful experience I have now been booted to outside when I was attempting to mind my own business and try and be able to peacefully. Eat my sandwich inside I have now been relegated to the outside like a second class citizen not allowed to continue attempting to peacefully. Eat my sandwich inside like I had been trying to do. I only had a chance to eat one single bite of my sandwich inside before the obnoxious old guy came advancing at me in a corner waving his his cane at me repeatedly making advances. Despite my asking him not to the manager person has clearly decided to give preferential treatment to the selfish self-centered incredibly rude older person who selfishly just wanted to come and pet my dog despite my asking him not to repeatedly and multiple times

Service was great, friendly staff! Pretty disappointed that I paid $10 for a bowl of chicken noodle to-go and container was not filled to the top but 2/3rds only. Mini cookies were delicious. If they skimp on portions like they did in my case today, I won't be back for food just for grab and go cookies

Great location, lots of booths & tables. The self-serve order kiosks are very convenient.

Guest Service at this Panera is excellent. Always, warm, welcoming, helpful, caring—Thank you! Vibe is great—lots of comfortable space and spots to sit. Work, Read, Visit, Coffee, Meet, Dine. Great for all. Small, tight shared parking is the only thing.

The lady in the back that makes the food coughs all over your food and into your bag. Stay as far away from this place if you don’t wanna get sick.

The employees at this Panera are all super friendly, greeting me by name and saying hi when I walk through the door. I go here every morning for the Sip Club offer and it's definitely worth it. The brownies are fantastic and there's often nice smells in the store.

This Panera is pretty good. Kiosk ordered so didn't interact with the staff, but the food was prepared well and everything was fresh.

Remember, it's healthier than drive thru burgers, but it's still fast food.

Watch out for employee Brian he works in making your food, never has the order right, always talking , and when you mention the order is wrong he has a bad temper and attitude and talks back to you, I’ve informed the manager but does not seem to care, they do whatever they want. Double check I’m your order and I would just call Panera corporate if mistakes continue

I used to love coming here, I eat here a couple of times a week and I come here every day for drinks, this morning I came here for a drink, went into the toilet to wash up, and a tall blond guy started to attack me and because I blew my nose in the sink🤦‍♂️ I have never had a more humiliating dialogue in a restaurant in my life, he started to accuse me that he cleans the sink every day, I explained to him that I always clean the sink after myself wherever I am and the dirt that he cleans is not because of me, my words infuriated him and he decided to say this in front of all the customers in front of the manager, and started poking at me with the fact that I am a delivery person, this is not normal, man, grow up.

So today, my son took me to this restaurant for the first time. We had just started eating when, out of nowhere, one of the employees got into an argument with a customer—loudly telling him not to blow his nose in the sink. I mean, honestly, it was so off-putting. Completely lost my appetite. And really, what kind of ridiculous rule is that? No using the sink? Absurd.

Service wasn’t great. Seems no one working wants to be there. Which made us not want to be there. We should have taken the clue.

Bread bowl has opening on the side, odd, so Soup wasn’t filled. It’s over $10, for a lot of bread and so little soup, not what I’m use to getting as this is my go to lunch. So I mentioned to the gentleman who plated it, and he said it’s normally two ladles. Ok, yes normal but this isn’t. I didn’t say that I just said I think it’s because its opening is on the side. He said ok I’ll give a little more soup. So I waited. And waited. He looked at me and says can I help you. Confused because this is the same guy. I mentioned, you said you were giving me a little more soup.
So I waited. And waited. He’s still there. Soup container towering in front of him and he again looks at me, now super rude, yes, can I help you?! I’m like what is actually happening right now. Myself and other customers waiting as so confused. Again I say, sir you’d said you were gonna give me a little more soup. And he moves on with other things but another man hears and says what seems to be the problem. I explain this gentleman said he was going to give me a little more soup and hasn’t so I’m still waiting. The man the says let me see, he then walks clear around the whole window exit area all the way to me, looks at the bowl with the side opening and says oh my yes, you do need more soup and tells the guy and finally as slow as possible it seems he gets more soup.
It was such an incredibly odd encounter. It wasn’t fun for me to even draw attention to the barely one ladel of soup in my sideways bowl, but all that followed was SO uncomfortable. Too so much time. Drew way too much attention.
First time at this location. It will be my last.

To add to the disappointment, the Soup didn’t taste fresh at all. It was watery on top like the liquid had separated from the cheese, it tasted reheated. Bread bowl wasn’t of the quality I usually get each visit at the Panera by our home.

There was another employee that was checking tables, all were clean, no ppl, so he was moving on, I’d asked for a To go bag and he brought a sandwich box which isn’t what I asked for but still we were able to use it. Was nice of him to bring it.

Kids told me afterwards that they didn’t want to be rude but the grilled cheese kids meals weren’t good, not at all like usual. So that made sense why they said they’d ate enough at the restaurant and said we didn’t need to get a bag to take it home.
I hadn’t shared with them my soup wasn’t good, but told them mine wasn’t fresh either. I appreciate their not wanting to be rude, and I didn’t want to deal with the kitchen people at all again. So we opted to just avoid this location.
seeing the low stars in Yelp, we should have checked Yelp first.
