Booked the fire pit a week in advance online and over the phone for a large group and even called an hour before the actual reservation and they told me they would see me soon. I got there a couple minutes early and told me that they had given my table to another party. Also Very bad service, didn't get asked if we wanted food or drinks once during the night! We had to order at the bar. Sad because it's a cool place.

Do not go here for the food. It’s your typical bar food. The atmosphere of this place is great, being right on the PCH and having a huge screen TV and live music at times. It’s a bar and it’s loud, there for drinking and socializing. The food was very, very disappointing.

The Atmosphere is a great place and the staff was very nice, I ordered the Wings and my Wife had the Smash Burger with Fries. She enjoyed the Burger but the wings didn't have much flavor. I had BBQ. I order Lemonpepper as well but only received BBQ. The wings are Oven baked and not fried which explains the taste. If we are back in town we will come back and try something else.

Reserved a table and the Hostess didn't tell us that there were no waiter/waitresses that would serve us. Sat there for 15 minutes until we asked the hostess and had to order from the bar. Music was louder than expected, but it made the ambiance better. The nachos and the combo meals was worth the price, but don't order singular food. Pulled pork was dry too and they ran out of bbq sauce by 7 pm.

Another great time at Park 101. Have to give shout outs to Alicia, Rick, Mitsu and Lauren. My parents are visiting and I dropped them off at the entrance while I parked since my mom suffers from very bad knee pain. Alicia greeted and stayed with them for approximately 20mins, while the elevator wasn't functioning properly, and to make sure there was a smooth transition to get upstairs. She was so kind to my parents, and even came over after we were seated to offer the first round of drinks on the house. What an incredibly thoughtful gesture! All around great experience from the team; we appreciated the genuine care and service.

We arrived and the atmosphere was great! The server was amazing at first. We ordered our food and then after about 30 min another server brought over food that was obviously for another table. The. After about 20 min later he brought out 4 of our 6 meals. The. After about 20 min the server came over and noticed that 2 people in our party had still not received there order. He said, the kitchen is not busy, I'll put the order in again. After about 30 min we still had not received our 2 parties food. We cancelled the 2 orders, the. They brought it out and took it off our bill.. we spent almost 2 hours there and it was ridiculous.
This is a great location to watch a game or have a beer with friends. The location near the beach is ideal as well and the outdoor venue provides plenty of sunshine. Our service was great, but they were short-handed on Mother's Day, but it was still fun!

Very disappointed with the service. We had a party of 10 people and we were there forda ere for 20 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted drinks. Then when we ordered the drinks out waitress forgot them and left hem sitting in the bar. Then she messed up our food order and half of the orders were delivered late. Very unpleasant experience
