So sad the location by my house closed down but I always make the 30 min drive because this place is the best. I love all of the tofu options. Food is always fresh and tasty and the manager is always kind and attentive!

As you enter you will be greeted by the pleasant smells of the various dishes served here. This location is spotless, with excellent customer service and delicious food. The food here goes above and beyond any other location I've visited. If you are into spice, I have to recommend the firecracker chicken, it is a game changer for chicken entree's.

The food is still great but it's such a bummer they closed down the Oceanside location without giving those employees a heads up, severance, or advance notice. Bummer

I know this place gets a bad rap, but I still think it does a few things very well. Most notably, I think they have some great tofu options. Most places seem like they add this option as an afterthought, whereas this is a big part of the standard Pick Up Stix menu. I usually get their Kung Pao tofu or the Thai coconut curry, tofu, and both are consistently good. Since I don't eat much chicken and never red meat, I can't comment on those dishes. Maybe that's why my review isn't so negative - tofu is usually less risky than meat if there are quality issues. I don't order from here very often, but I still consider it when I'm craving vegetarian Americanized Chinese food.
