Where to begin.. I stopped by here because Doordash gives me 21% off here for being a driver. I placed an order online and was surprised when it said it would take 15 minutes. Upon arriving it was a complete ghost town inside, I was the only customer. Still, it took about 10 minutes and I was not greeted by staff (a group of teenagers) who were chatting loudly among themselves while I was just sort of there, being ignored. Their conversion was insensitive and questionable. Anything that should be included in the price of the pizza is not, from the normal non-thin crust to a side of ranch costing $1 extra. I used the restroom while I was waiting and it was quite dirty with graffiti and it had 2 soap dispensors but both were out of soap. To think that employees had the same problem is concerning. I ordered the vegan meatballs on the pizza but the website did not inform me that this location was actually out of that, but the guy who made the pizza gave me an inferior mysterious substitute. As far as the pizza itself goes, it was boring and forgettable and not worth $15 in any way, shape, or form. Oddly enough it tasted like it had zero salt and the bottom was burned somehow (see photo) I've had better pizza from no-name small business markets. Avoid this business by all costs.Vegetarian options: They were out of vegan meatballs but I was not informed of this until I was picking up in person

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! They prioritize online orders before in person orders. No wonder the place is always empty.

Ordered a custom pizza for pickup. Had to wait 15-20 minutes past the estimated pickup window even though the restaurant had few customers. Pizza was BURNT to a crisp. For the prices they charge, this is a crime. Pathetic. Save yourself the time and avoid.

By far the dirtiest then any pizza place I've been in. It look it's it's being run by a bunch of teenage boys. Preppy unacceptable. I wish I could've gotten a picture of their counter and the floor behind the counter. No hair nets flinging their hair around- So gross! For the record- they were kind kids but the place was still atrocious. I hope the manager will read this and just review with them about cleaning up as they working.

We placed an order on line for pizza and salad and my husband picked it up. They called his name and he brought the order home. We realized once we looked at the food that we got the wrong order -- wrong pizza, wrong salad. I called 5-6 times and either got a message saying they had not set up their voicemail or to enter an access code and then it hung up on me. We tried to email them. That didn't work. We tried to go to the feedback website but when you click on it, it goes nowhere, does not work. How do they stay in business if they won't accept any communication from their customers. This really stinks and we didn't feel like going back to the store as that was our only option. So guess we won't be going back!

Great build your own pizzas here. Staff is always friendly, pizzas are tasty, and they have a nice outdoor area. This pizza is better than 90% of the pizzas in the area. Good luck finding good pizza. Can't go wrong here!

Since October 2022 I have been a consistent customer at the Pieology in Bressi Ranch. Whether it’s just for a fountain drink or a pizza I go at least five times a week. I have received nothing but the best quality of service and kindness from this team. There have definitely been some changes in staff since then but to the shift leads that have stayed like Dani, Indika, and Ryan… they go above and beyond treating all their customers and the staff around them with pride, respect, while ensuring everyone’s wellbeing and happiness. The reason I point this out is just to help their management appreciate all their hard work and what they bring to Pieology and Bressi Ranch.

Took way too long and the place seems very poorly managed. 4 employees behind the counter were standing around while one person who was supposed to be ringing up the long line of already-made pizzas was putting pizzas in the oven and grabbing ingredients from the back. Then the 10 or so customers in line watched as the employees were all walking around each other talking and not doing anything. Seemed like there was no process whatsoever. It was really weird. Apparently they couldn't put the pizzas in the oven until they were rung up. Oh well. The pizza was pretty good though.
