Good bread, terrible sandwiches. Nothing ruins good bread like a pre made sandwich that’s been sitting out, soggy from the spread with wilted and wet greens. Ingredients in the sandwich always seem old, nothing about it tastes fresh. Tried several different sandwiches here and each time they are like this unfortunately

I have travelled far and wide in search of sandwiches but Prager Bros is (thankfully) a local spot I keep coming back to. It's pretty much part of my home routine to order their turkey focaccia and ham baguette sandwiches -- so simple but flavorful. Their pastries and iced lattes are also worth mentioning but I am just such a fan of their sandwiches! The only downside is the service which leans towards unfriendly and rushed at times but that won't stop me from coming back haha!
Well, after hearing so much about this place, I finally checked it out today. I'm not sure where all the hubbub is about. The prices are kind of high and the quality is on par with most other places. I feel like maybe it's for the hipsters kind of like Starbucks

We would pick up a baguette, country sourdough, oatmeal cookies and chocolate croissant whenever we are in the area. It's one of the best sourdough and baguette bakery in SoCal. This location is in an industrial complex, so seating area is rather limited. There's also pizza and coffee available.

This place has delicious pastries in the bakery. I recommend the ginger molasses cookie and the morning bun. I love the pizzeria and they did a great job. I really like the tables inside now. Also, the employees are so nice.

I’m very disappointed because I did not get what I ordered online. They substituted something that had little taste.
Our family has been big fans of Prager Brothers ever since they stared at the local farmer’s market. We absolutely love their bread and baked goods. I unfortunately have to say the service was poor the last 2/3 times. The young woman with curly hair and glasses needs some training in customer service. She helped another customer who came in after me the first time. They were Caucasian and I am of color. I don’t know if it truly was discrimination but it felt that way. Today she was rude without a greeting and walked away after I paid without even a bye or thanks for coming. It definitely makes me not want to come back here which is unfortunate since we love the products.
