It's such a bummer because I really wanted to like this place. When it 1st opened it was pretty good the staff was great I actually knew one of the girls there. The tea was good always Made well. Overtime it got worse and worse.We always order the same thing and every single time we order it it tastes completely different. I don't understand how that could be possible. The last time it was not good and we actually had to throw it away. The staff has changed a lot and now when you walk in no one Seems happy and it takes a really long time to get a drink even if there's no one in there.

Ordered the jasmine tea, and the menu said 4.05 but I got charged almost $6! I know CA tax is high but not 20%! And it wasn't even good tea, but made by an automatic machine at the counter, not brewed from actual tea leaves which might justify the steep price more if there was more work involved. Very disappointed.

They were out of a lot of items on their menu. Supplier problem. But the cashier could have told us ahead of what’s out instead of waiting for me to order one by one, only to tell me they’re out of what I’ve ordered. Also they seam very unapologetic about it. A little nice customer service can make a huge difference.

Came here for the first time this evening. I ordered matcha stormy boba tea and strawberry horchata boba. I felt bad for the employee since he was working alone and had tons of orders. My order took 22 minutes from the time of purchase til it was ready. It would help if I could order in advance next time. Later I saw that I could order ahead with Door Dash, which I will probably use next time since I don't feel like waiting almost half an hour for a drink. The boba drinks tasted great, although I like mine sweeter than they were. I ordered at 6:12 pm, not sure if it was a busy time or what. Inside, there is only one small table and also no customer restroom available.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian drinks availableParking: Located by very large parking lot.
Purchased: veganized Vietnamese coffee, veganized brown sugar milk boba (with coconut milk)/ Lychee drink with aloe veraMy husband got the Vietnamese coffee and it was alright, not bad. I ordered the brown sugar milk boba which the employee said he'd never made with coconut milk so he wanted me to try it first before leaving and it was super sweet and curdled which I will not put fault on the store for that at all lol, I just wouldn't recommend anyone try it. The employee offered to make me a different drink so I ordered the lychee drink and it tastes like chemicals, like a drinkable vape juice... So basically the drinks were not great in my opinion, but feel free to try it yourself. The staff was awesome for sure so that makes me feel willing to give them a second chance.

The 2 staff were fooling around when we came in and the girl was fixing her clothes back up while we just stood there waiting for her to serve us. They randomly then blasted the music which made our baby cry and they didn’t apologize and then just dropped the drink off at the counter and walked awayWhoever owns this store should fire those kids because they’re losing them so much money

One star for the brown rice tea and green tea, super strong and bitter, undrinkable. 5 star for the boba for not been too sweet, one star for been cheap with the boba. Hopefully they will taste the tea before serving to the public. Will not be back.

Glad they have a boba place near the mall. Uses fresh tea as well as has a menu with good variety. Pretty solid place all in all and always seems to be very busy.

This place is just really off! The employees gave me a weird vibe, the place is not clean and welcoming. They're out off a lot of stuff on the menu. Restroom is not open and also a broken tablet! We've been help by these 2 employees a curly hair guy and a pink hair girl and the customer service was not it, they look mad and scary for the past 3 times that we're there. Overall, if you love R&B drinks and don't mind how rude the employees will be, how not organized the place is, then come.
