Justin and friends catered our wedding in May, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. The food was delicious, of course, but the setup was also so beautiful and charming. We are so thankful for RED OVEN for an incredible night. I think every one of our guests asked us who this company was and how they could get more pizza. My favorite part about RED OVEN is that they just handle it. We filled out their questionnaire, let them know our course of events for the night and they just took care of it. They didn’t ask for one thing all night. Thank you Justin and team!

We had a reunion of nearly 50 adults at our house recently and used Red Oven for delivering a unique and custom pizza experience. Justin didn’t disappoint. They catered everything from appetizers to salads, pizza and dessert. Everything was tasty, fresh and exciting. Best part about it was freshly made pizza with no mess inside the house. J&J set up the mobile oven curbside and set up tables in our backyard and brought out mouth-watering pizzas. With majority vegetarians, we only had vegetarian and vegan options and both were super delicious. Fresh cannoli to top off the meal was very good.Only challenge during the process was a little difficulty in communicating prior to the event- they need to work on this a bit more. On the day of, we were anxious as they also came a little later than anticipated but had no notice of their delay.However, once they came, their service with a smile and friendly attitude plus tasty food made for a great evening. These people are terrible. I tried to just inquire information and they were dismissive and wasted.my time. I had an appointment time for the caterer to call me and canceled my plans so I Could be available. After receiving several emails to expect a call they failed to call. There was no apology just a note saying they were busy. There r other caterers for this concept in San Diego. Stay far away from this place.There comments back are wrong. I did inquire about a Saturday which they did not have and I was fine with that. It is the second inquiry that made me angry because after filling a form to request a phone call so I could discuss alternate dates like a Sunday they sent 3 emails to remind me that they would call. They never did and when I confronted them they said they were busy snd never called to say they were sorry or to answer my second inquiry. Now they are fixated with blaming and focusing on the first inquiry which was not the issue in the first place. These people are crazy. If u know what is good for u stay away. Far away!!!
