Revolution Roasters is a great place if you need some peace, comfort and a good cup of coffee. My boyfriend and I came to the cafe today with some friends who were visiting California.
We agreed that it was the perfect spot to get coffee and food to start our day before giving them a tour of SD. I've had different types of toast/pastries throughout SD/North County and this place has some of the best. Not only was everything refreshing but all the flavors were complimentary.
Additionally, the service was amazing. Everyone there was so kind and inviting. The food did take a bit of time to get to our table but it was worth it. Plus, the drinks were ready very quickly.

Always hit this spot ever time we are in town
Such a great place in the heart of Carlsbad Village. Love the vibe. Staff is wonderful. Quiet, cozy, and centrally located. A wonderful little stop to take a break and relax, even if just for a few minutes.

The Flat white is the best in town. I also had one of their homemade pop tarts and it was delicious.

Stumbled upon this cozy coffee spot while walking through downtown Carlsbad near the beach, and it was a great find! The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of seating both indoors and out. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, a slice of banana bread, and a lemon berry pop tart—all were delicious. A perfect place to take a break and enjoy some treats by the coast. Average prices.

Love the homemade almond milk!
Best coffee in Carlsbad. AND if you are gluten-free the millet toast toast is a must try!

Coffee is the best, baked goods were not fresh, sandwiches were cold and the bread was chewy.

One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in my area! If friends are visiting from out of town, Revolution Roasters is always at the top of the list to take them to! Their coffee is just done so well! I love the unique drinks and food menu for each season. My personal fav is their Christmas drink. They make their own syrups and that syrup is like none other.

The atmosphere is great, the coffee is good, the people who make the coffee is friendly, but the people taking your order are snobby and their fake smile makes me feel like they are laughing at a question I asked.

This is a very cute little coffee shop with yummy pastries and coffee. Their morning bun is delish. It can be a little busy at times, but has a nice courtyard area to hang out in.

I like this little coffee shop right in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The food menu is a little bit limited, but everything is fresh-baked and made on site. Which I really do appreciate. coffee is a great quality and delicious. There is plenty of seating in the back patio area behind the coffee shop

You know what goes a long way? Just being nice. I’ve been here many times, I live right around the corner. I love the pasteries so much they’re epic…the coffee is ok…here’s my issue and why I’m writing a not good review….every time I come here the baristas are impatient and just overall lame. Once I asked for a bit more caramel in my caramel latte… Instead of just replying with yes, no problem. The girl informed me how many grams were already in it and acted annoyed. Another time I was attempting to make small talk and saw the cold foam on their seasonal drink and asked to try it… The girl quickly replied that they charge for that…I said ok, and the guy pulled out the mobile register and asked for $1 for a squirt of cold foam. I had just order $25 in food and a latte. The whole attitude in general and energy is just crappy. I own a small business in encintas and never ever would act this way towards customers. It makes me just want to forget it… The only other business I remember operating this Way was a place in Lucadia that recently just went under. How do you treat? People is a massive part of business especially local that you see frequently.
