Sometimes the food is awesome 10 out of 10, really delicious. But it's not consistent over the past few months. My food was burnt. Other times hardly any meat? Other times. It was cold. Service is great. I will continue to go here but I thought you should know.

Rudy’s is one of my favorite places for tacos and burritos in this area. The food is reasonably priced and good quality, not greasy nor overcooked. I highly recommend their surf and turf burrito. Delicious and very filling.

How is Rudy’s only rated 4.2? My wife and I just moved here a month ago and have eaten here at least 10 times. The Cali burrito and breakfast burrito are our go-tos. Their mild roasted salsa is the best I’ve ever had.
Are the burritos absolutely life-changing, the best I’ve ever had? Maybe not. But they are damn good and very consistent.

Ordered a California on DoorDash and got home and was missing, guacamole, lettuce and fresca all which were listed. Alot of other good restaurants around here to waste almost 15 bucks on a burrito 🌯 that's short on what they claim to include.

I ordered fries they were the worse thing and soggy.
I ordered a chicken taco it was also soggy nothing crispy about it.
Unfortunately I will not be back and or recommend it!!
For the price all the burritos I ordered only one was satisfactory.
I had an 80 dollar order.

Hella over priced burrito was small and they charged 3$ for a small thing of chipotle sauce go somewhere else like the taco stand.
I love this taco shop! The people who work here are welcoming and efficient! The food is delicious, and for the price I don’t know what more you could ask for!
Even though it’s just a tiny taco shop, they have inside seating as well as outside seating for sunny Encinitas, and their bathroom is cleaner than the one at target lol

First time visit. I'm very picky about Mexican food. I ordered the birria Burrito. It was on point. I ate the whole thing in one setting. The only thing I would change was the distribution of rice and beans. Would recommend to a friend.
