How is Rudy’s only rated 4.2? My wife and I just moved here a month ago and have eaten here at least 10 times. The Cali burrito and breakfast burrito are our go-tos. Their mild roasted salsa is the best I’ve ever had.

Are the burritos absolutely life-changing, the best I’ve ever had? Maybe not. But they are damn good and very consistent.

I love this taco shop! The people who work here are welcoming and efficient! The food is delicious, and for the price I don’t know what more you could ask for!

Even though it’s just a tiny taco shop, they have inside seating as well as outside seating for sunny Encinitas, and their bathroom is cleaner than the one at target lol

I’ve been coming here at least twice a week now and I can’t say enough good things, seriously, love Rudy’s!

First time visit. I'm very picky about Mexican food. I ordered the birria Burrito. It was on point. I ate the whole thing in one setting.
The only thing I would change was the distribution of rice and beans.
Would recommend to a friend.
