Unfortunately we were seated and the first thing our server said to us before getting our drink order was that we needed to be out of the restaurant in 90 minutes. Needless to say we felt very unwelcome and hurried. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration and this was really upsetting. Food was ok - not exactly what I'm used to for Thai food and the menu is extremely limited. The owner/manager did come out to apologize and reduced our bill as his servers told him how unhappy we were. We ordered, ate, and were out in less than an hour.

Unfortunately my $20 tip was mis-charged as $70 and Same Same did not answer their phone over the course of several days when I attempted to call. Food was OK but did not represent good value for money, and there was an incredibly loud patron in the dining room who overtook the space.

We came here for a birthday drink and was surprised how amazing the food was! The food is Thai fusion. Everything is delicious. The vibe is relaxed and the drinks are carefully curated. Highly recommend for a celebration or when you want a great meal!

The food was really good, but had a very small menu. They definitely could work on the ambience. They had dried flowers hanging from the ceiling, which was not very appealing. The bar side looked better.

I wanted to reach out and share what a wonderful experience I had visiting your establishment recently. Coming across your place was a pleasant surprise; the atmosphere is incredible and truly made me feel as though I had been transported to Japan.
The food was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the hot potatoes, cucumber salad, Banh mi, and the wings, all of which had fantastic flavors. If I lived closer, I would certainly be a frequent visitor.

We visited Same Same based on the high ratings and found it decent overall. The servers were the best part of the experience, very attentive and kind. The food was fine but didn't stand out to us, and the ambiance felt more like a dark bar setting than a traditional restaurant, which just wasn't our preference. Not a bad place, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for us.

Everything we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and perfect for sharing, which made it ideal for a group setting. The service was attentive without hovering, and the overall atmosphere struck a nice balance between energetic and comfortable — easy to talk business without feeling rushed.
