A very nice stop to have lunch if your shopping the outlet stores or in the area! Food is great service is good, pretty fast and price is $$. The Bento lunch with soup & salad I highly recommend. Although I usually order the chicken beast w/brown rice it seems to be over cooked some times! Steak and or shrimp is very good! I don't order sushi because as much as I like to eat it's a little expensive, but very good! The rolls are mediocre!

I always stop here after a day of shopping. The poke bowl is packed with fish and seaweed salad! I was suprised by how great quality the tuna is, especially since the bowl is only $11. The spicy mayo sauce is really good too! Really ties the dish together. They also give you a decent amount of avocado.

Decent food, and service was nice. We ordered take out. Gave us few free sides. Will go again if we're in the area.

I work nearby. Hadn't tried it yet so I ordered the spicy seafood salad. One of my favorite meals, so I could say I'm a conissuier. It was fresh and spicy! Sometimes they call it spicy but it's just spicy tuna, mashed up tuna over lettuce. But this was a sauce on some sashimi and fancy lettuce. Flavor was great fish was great. No real ambiance, so I wouldn't have a get together here, cafeteria setting. But good, fast, affordable sushi is a great lunch option if you are shopping or work nearby.

Fell flat, like the food. Came here hungry after a long day of shopping. The food LOOKED amazing when we received it but the flavor was disappointing from the first bite on. I ordered both california rolls and salmon rolls. I honestly could not taste the difference. The fish was warm and texture less, I think the cream cheese was the dominating flavor and even that tasted just processed. Price was fair but expected way more. My wife ordered a chicken plate but even that was plain, the only flavor was the sauce but once that was gone there wasnt much left. I could of easily given this a 2 star but decided to be nice.

Tried there chicken and shrimp bento with cucumber salad and except the salad everything else was not fresh. The chicken and shrimp were dry. I guess if your hungry at the outlets need to fill up then it's a good option

I ordered the Veggie Sushi roll and side cucumber salad which were very fresh and delicious! I appreciated that the restaurant had a separate gluten free and vegetarian menu! The portion size was medium to large especially for the price. I would definitely come again!

A counter service Japanese restaurant that tries to supplement with American salads. Food was good not great and the time to get your food was longer than expected. Flavors were ok, nothing memorable. The sushi was very good but that's what you'll have to wait longest to get. Their status board is like the DMV...when your number pops up, you can pickup your food. Unfortunately the people waiting for To Go orders sit in the same tables where you dine in. So finding a open table on weekend night is tough.

Not the best, not the worst. Food was luke warm and cucumber salad seemed sad and wilted instead of cool and fresh. The salmon was overcooked and the shrimp tempura was soggy not crispy. I loved this place when it was Sansai, not so much now.

We've been here twice in the last week and a half. We are glad we finally gave it a try. The food is truly excellent and sit down restaurant quality and very fresh. The stead is high quality and salads are amazing. The "bowls" are a bit smaller than the bento plates, perfect for his and hers. The food is very healthy too. I am not a huge meat eater and I love the steak. Their mixed salad has a nice rice wine vinegar dressing with mandarin oranges and blanched almonds.

I've never been disappointed by the food here. I look forward to it after those rare shopping sprees. They always have veggie options and the platters are always so big! This particular platter was plenty for lunch, plus loads more left over for dinner! You have the option of switching out something for more salad. Their salads are amazing! Definitely get the tofu too! You get a massive portion for the price. Highly recommend this place!

Surprisingly delicious food with mostly friendly service (the girl at the counter was not exactly nice, but the man behind the food counter was kind and accommodating.) We stopped in on our way up north, thinking it was still Sansei Grill; my husband wanted to leave when he saw it had changed, but we decided to give it a shot. I went with the Teriyaki Chicken bento with the green salad, and my husband got the Steak and Chicken bento, with the pasta salad. Both bento boxes came with a side of miso soup and rice. The teri chicken was cooked well, and the tempura pieces were nice and crispy. My husband said he preferred the steak to the chicken, but thought that both were tasty. The dishes were filling, and we both left food on the plates by the time we pushed away from the table. It was good, fresh food at a decent price. I'm sure we'll swing by again on one of our next trips up the 5.

We live in the area and over the years have come to this location a dozen times. Today we were surprised to see it's a different business now. The layout is the same and the menu is very similar but not so sure that the quality at (least with the chicken and potstickers) was as good as before. I read one of the recent reviews that the chicken is better than "Teri Cafe", NOT! The salads were the best thing there. Very good "Asian Coleslaw" & "Seaweed Salad". Now the seats and Booths (although clean) we're dated and a remodeling along with fresh cooked chicken dishes would up this latest Mall eatery to a four-star visit. But staff here 4 stars for sure.

I was surprised with some of the dishes here as it is more of a fast food place. The menu is extensive, with options for sushi rolls, salads, bento boxes, ramen, udon, and other sides. I enjoyed the ahi poke salad and the spicy pork bento box. Everything else I had (gyoza, miso soup, cucumber salad, rice) was decent and what I'd expected. It was pretty crowded on a Sunday for lunch, with people hanging around to wait for tables to free up.
