Not one to write reviews but this place is so great! Our office is closing and I am bummed I won't be around as much. The fried pickles with ranch are absolutely amazing. The grilled chicken sandwich was crazy fresh and juicy. Employees are also awesome everytime. Highly recommend for lunch! Great prices too.

I've been here several times now. I absolutely love it and have never been disappointed with any of my choices. Yeah it's a little pricey, but the food quality is on point. It's worth it. It's really not that bad in comparison with crappy fast food chains out there. The place is ultra clean and the people that work there are great. The food is delicious. Please go an support them!

Fantastic new burger place at the Island in Carlsbad. Great staff, great chef from culinary school in Illinois and amazing owners. You have to try them out. Get the fried pickles.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sanwhich and fries. The chicken breast was juicy and fresh. The customer service was excellent! The staff are very friendly. I was greeted the moment I walked in! Love this

The interactive order screen with clear pictures and options for sandwiches worked like a charm. I was visiting with a family with 4 kids. All the product was fresh. I loved their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich- a sweet spicy different than a Buffalo sauce. My friend and I split the wings and crispy fries. His wife appreciated the fried pickles. The kids all enjoyed their burgers and capped their meal off with a fresh chocolate chip cookie. Recommend if you want quickly prepared fresh food.

Fried pickles and wings? Sign me up! The Savory Grill offers unique items (like a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich) that can be hard to find in and around Carlsbad. With friendly service and a great atmosphere, this place is the perfect spot for a work lunch or a happy hour. Try ALL of the sauces—they’re delicious. My personal favorite is the spicy ranch.

My family visited on opening day, and my 9 year old wants to go weekly. I sampled the burger, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and fried pickles. Staff and owners were interested in our experience. The food was tasty, and I recommend the food. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but a meal of the spicy chicken sandwich and the pickles would be my next order.Parking: I don’t like paying for parking or having any issues. We had none.

Absolutely coming back! We went on day two of them being open and got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with the crispy battered fries, sandwich was so good and flavorful, the fries were a must, I got a side of the Nashville hot sauce which was like a sweet hot barbecue almost, the same run that was on the sandwich.The location is great with massive doors and good seating, can't wait to come back!

The owner is very humble and dedicated to his craft. I've never had fries as crispy and crunchy in the area. Wings are phenomenal as well. Had the savory burger (not pictured) & it was 10/10. Definitely recommend. They also serve beer & wine, games on TV. Very clean and inviting ambience. This place deserves a 6th star. Clean location with Tesla chargers on sight

Located in the Van Allen food court in Carlsbad. Great location for working professionals in the area. They finally opened!Classic burger/chicken sandwich type of place. They have 1 black bean option for non-meat eaters. Menu is small obviously designed to cater to big lunch rushes. Which I'm good with.I was greeted immediately and advised they only have self service kiosks and if I needed help they would be happy to assist. Their program even does live inventory, so it will say of an item is sold out or running low. It was fairly intuitive and I was able to order without help. Lol.I went with the Savory burger w/battered fries and some ice tea. I also elected to try the signature "savory sauce." Be advised the ice tea is Peach Ice Tea (doesn't say on the menu when you order) I was texted when my order was ready and they immediately brought it to where I was sitting (outside in the common area) which I thought was cool.Now the food....The burger...as he set it down I could immediately smell it.. smelled amazing! I can honestly say this burger tasted unlike any other burger I've had. Cant put a finger on it...but the seasoning used is definitely a winner!The fries....lightly battered crispy and delicious! They pair well with the Savory sauce and the house made ranch. The Savory sauce is an aioli...again cant place my finger on the seasoning...but it pairs well with the food.It's on the pricer side...but what isn't now a days. Definitely will return to get my above average burger fix.
