It took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order when only one other person was in there… I asked for a cup of ice or ice water and they said I would need to purchase something else. worst customer service I have experienced.

Losing the Plot
I’ve long appreciated Starbucks not just for the coffee, but for its commitment to community, connection, and treating partners like people—not just employees. Unfortunately, the latest round of policy changes at my local store suggests the team has lost touch with the bigger “why” that once set Starbucks apart.
The implementation feels robotic. Local management seems more concerned with compliance than culture. There’s no evidence of the values that built the brand—only the symptoms of a company drifting into corporate autopilot. The warmth, the humanity, the sense of place? It’s evaporating.
It’s a subtle but telling shift—and an early warning sign that the company may be prioritizing control over care. If this trend continues, it could spell long-term trouble. Starbucks has always been more than coffee; I hope they can reconnect with that truth before it’s too late.
This might be the time to start watching closely—or even shorting the stock.
Extremely disappointed. Came here with plans to push through a 2 hour work session programming on my laptop. Show up, get my coffee and pastry, sit down and the internet sucks. Completely unusable. Now I have to tether from my cell phone. I'm a tech expert and now its not my laptop, its your bad internet. How can this happen in 2024? The Starbucks next to my home has no issues. What a waste of my time. Staff was excellent, just bad management. I would give 1 star but staff was amazing.
This was the most organized Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I’m from Orange County and they have really impressed me with their amazing team. They were both diligent and sweet. A pleasure to visit this Starbucks.
I didn't like the paper straws

Actually, I have mixed reviews on this location.
When I walked into the store there was no one in line and it was a quiet time of the morning.
I walked up to the register and no one greeted me. There were two girls standing behind the expresso machine having a full conversation with each other. Both girls looked at me. Neither one of them greeted me. I stood there probably a good 2 to 3 minutes. Another woman had been prepping items behind facing away from the front door. I finally leaned over the counter and said is there somebody that can wait on me and the woman that was prepping items immediately apologized. She asked the two girls to let her know if someone walked in and she didn’t see them so that she could wait on them. While i waited for my coffee to be prepared one of the same two girls waited on a customer who came to the registers after i had walked away.
The woman that took my order was very nice and aware of what she was doing during the time of taking my order and asked pertinent questions of me.
There was a gentleman working behind the counter who did not see me and likely did not hear me walk in. He was prepping items at the area for hot foods. He overheard my conversation with the woman who took my order. This gentleman actually came up to me and gave me some detail on an item that I had, not ordered because of ingredients that I thought were included. He was very informative, and showed me ingredients on the item I had not chosen to order so that I could include this in a future order if I chose to.
I was a little disappointed in the coffee I received because I felt that it had a more burnt taste to it then I am accustomed too with the same drink from other locations.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks for several reasons. First and foremost the baristas are friendly and professional. They make my day!
Second my drink is always right and if I need something they always accommodate, and with a smile! They never make you feel like you’re asking too much.
Third the atmosphere at this Starbucks is always welcoming and comfortable. Paula the Manager, and her crew, make an effort to get to know their customers and that creates a “family” feeling.
Fourth, the Starbucks Store, especially the restrooms, is always clean and tidy. No one wants to sit down to a sticky table or chair. You won’t get that here. And if they get slammed, they still make time to make sure the cafe is clean.

Parking: There’s front parking but also a large behind the store parking lot. There is parking across from the Starbucks as well. Plenty if parking!
Kid-friendliness: Many families come to this Starbucks and the outside patio area is spacious enough to accommodate large groups and families with dogs.
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp behind this Starbucks in the parking lot with lots of parking spaces.

I've never seen anything like it. I bought a large cappuccino. When I picked up my cup, I thought it was very light. When I looked inside. It was half empty. I don't think a half a cup of coffee costs 4.95.

Love the service here and one of the coworkers today acknowledged my honesty in returning the second red cup they tried handing me today. :) Would definitely swing by a bit more often.
