Hubby brought this home for me. When I picked it up it seemed light although it had been double cupped (you can see in photo). Pointless to order a venti when you're getting less than a tall. Hubs said when the guy handed it to him, he had a weird expression on his face. Taste is mediocre at best, starts off strong but leaves an awful aftertaste. I thought there were 'recipes' on how to create flavored drinks, but they vary widely between Starbucks. Won't be buying anymore from this location.

This is definitely the worst Starbucks in all of CA and it needs to be shut down. It’s terrible because of the homeless problem, so they make their dining area and lobby as miserable as possible to keep them away. No chairs or tables to sit, no music, and no public restrooms. You can tell the employees hate working at this location, as they are arguing today and yelling at each other loudly. They are very unpleasant even if you just ask for something as simple as a straw and try to avoid customers at all costs. I truly think this location just needs to close. The employees are unhappy and it’s reflecting in their customer service.

I get here at 7:45 and they’re unable to make any hot drinks because they’ve already shut down their espresso machine seems a little counterproductive if you’re trying to take care of customers. I know because they’re in Vons they’re different or maybe we should say special….

It's the Starbucks inside the Vons grocery store, so it's pretty convenient have a hot latte while you shop.
Nice and cool! Great place to grab a frappuccino when it's hot outside.
