I walked into this Starbucks feeling genuinely dehydrated and just needed a simple cup of water. Nothing fancy — just tap water. I had even purchased a coffee from this same location earlier in the morning, so I wasn’t coming in trying to take advantage of anything.

The staff still refused to give me water unless I bought something again. I’ve never experienced that kind of treatment at a Starbucks before. It felt cold, unwelcoming, and completely opposite of the customer service they claim to stand for.

I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just basic human decency. Instead, I was told “no” and left feeling worse than when I walked in. Really disappointing experience and definitely not the way to treat people.

Starbucks says “We’re not in the coffee business serving people, we’re in the people business serving coffee.”
Today, this location forgot the people part.

I asked for a cup of water and the lady said she won’t give me a cup of water if I don’t purchase anything. I have never in my life, at any Starbucks, have been turned down for free water. Horrible lady! I know that’s not the company’s values cause I worked at Starbucks in the past, and was never advised to turn down free water to customers.

Line skipping of mobile orders is true and they simple loose in person orders and then surprised when you call them out. They show zero customer service and have attitude. What is even better is their automatic reply to these complains via a bot. Clearly you as a customer do not matter to this location. Well sheep will continue to buy from this location

Don't tip with card; wait till you receive your order and then leave a dollar. I visited twice while on vacation in the area. They fumbled my order both mornings (like a dummkopf, I tipped both times while paying with card). For one of the drinks, I was in my car and driving away before I realized the mistake.

The wait time was extremely long, and a bunch of people who ordered via mobile skipped the line. If it’s going to take that long, the staff should just inform customers upfront that there will be a 15-minute wait. Don’t let people stand around cluelessly in the store—it creates a really poor experience.

Great footfalls and ample choices.
We took the refreshing mango dragfruit drink...it was great start to the day.

I am a shift supervisor at a Starbucks and came into this location for a simple black tea with light ice, no water and some Splenda. Per Starbucks standard, the ice teas are shaken 10 times. The barista made my tea in its serving cup and blatantly lied to my face that she shook the tea. I didn’t hear any shaking. I’ll never understand, as a barista myself, why it’s so difficult for others to follow a simple recipe.

Got the drink with the lavender foam. When I got it was straight Matcha and asked for the foam the woman looked annoyed that I asked for what I paid for. Also waited a really long time because my name was never called. The drink was just sitting on the counter. No staff said anything but everyone else was being called up. Idk what that was about. Just never coming here again. Staff makes you have a highly uncomfortable experience and seems annoyed to the job they get paid to do. Cashier was nice though!

I purchased a cup of coffee yesterday while my car was charging. I get the same thing all the time and I go out of my way to get it. However yesterday it had the new compostable lid, which sucks. You can not drink coffee without spilling or burning yourself while driving. The lid is not an improvement at all!

I want to shout out to the barista that she was awesome. Apparently I arrived at closing time (I didn't know), and they didn't have any more hot coffee, but she recommended cold brew that is just as strong, and I had a long way to drive back home. She was right, that cold brew kept me awake, and I got home safely. Appreciate the suggestion and now I have another option other than just plain hot coffee.

Parking: easy parking, plenty of spaces

Wheelchair accessibility: lots of handicapped parking, ramps make it very accessible.
