I'm okay with no drive thru, but this Starbucks was way too small. I wanted to sit down but there was only 4-5 tables and they were all full. The staff was professional but not friendly and when I looked to see if any drink was mine I was told strongly that the drink was not mine. Oh. Okay. Glad this isn't my local Starbucks, I would not go.

It's good, but you aint Peetes!
Once you go Peetes, you must repeat, but peetes don't always repeat locations like Starbucks, so it's my mistress.

The WORST Starbucks we’ve ever been to by a long shot. After our kids walked inside with us and were chatting and laughing with each other and we then dropped close to $100 on teacher gift cards, coffee, and food (with a good tip), an employee came over to us to tell us our kids were too loud and weren’t welcome in the restaurant. We shocked at the rudeness of the employee and the outright discrimination against our family. This location is close to Legoland and many families may be tempted to come here but take our word for it and SKIP THIS LOCATION if you have kids or just in general don’t want to be discriminated against! Go to the outlet mall or tamarack location instead where they are kind, accommodating, and not discriminatory.

I counted 24 people in a building that is only to have 23 people in it. I suppose that is unlawful in some way. Very dangerous. Someone should look into this...

This was the most disappointing visit. I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Mt sandwich was still frozen and my coffee tasted absolutely terrible. I don’t know how you can mess up a simple vanilla latte. I also was never acknowledged while I was standing there waiting for my food. I used to work at Starbucks and it was just terrible overall service.

Minimum effort staff. The Starbucks a few miles North at I-5 & Tamarack is child friendly. Recently when we went there an employee gave our kids paper and crayons. She asked that we return the crayons for other kids. It was really nice to enjoy a coffee while the kids drew.

The worst part of going to this Starbucks location was that the staff didn’t the minimum possible. They don’t greet guests with a smile. There is no decoration or bright touches. In fairness they have nice furniture but friendliness is missing and it would help.

Other Starbucks have decorations and friendly employees.

Also, this is not a child friendly. We have there going kids and they behave like children and occasionally I have to teach they what is appropriate in public. My 6 year old tried to squeeze between a counter and the store front glass. He was told not do that. The second time he started doing it. I immediately admonished him. An employee interrupted me saying “I’m not saying you’re not welcome…” Really bad experience. Go elsewhere.

Great Starbucks, helpful staff, busy location, pleasant experience, green conscious, clean.

This location serves all their drinks in special paper cups, even the iced and blended ones. The utensils are also made of wood instead of plastic. Not a problem, but something to be aware of.

Vegetarian options: Has the standard items that all Starbucks have for vegetarians diets

Dietary restrictions: You can really adapt something on their menu to fit all diets as needed.

Parking: There is lots of parking, and a huge parking lot. However, it gets very busy since it's located near restaurants and a Costco.

Kid-friendliness: Selections for kids available

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, parking and building entrance are wheelchair accessible.
