Inconsistent always. Order pickup and has to wait while I saw 4 staff members standing around chatting while 1 poor girl was making everyone’s drinks. On top of all this going on I requested light ice and got extra ice apparently. See pic

When ordering my drink and food I could tell the woman was not paying any attention at all. I had to repeat to her multiple times what I wanted. My drink ended up coming out hot instead of iced and my sandwich was still cold in the middle. I’ve never had this happen at Starbucks before and h go everyday

Very good service. The gentleman working the register (I think his name is JJ) was very helpful and friendly. It was busy and yet he was still nice and not pushy for us to order our drinks(which are usually a little complicated). Shoutout to this location for being great!
I was planning to run into Starbucks before starting work today, then saw an employee give free food to a man on drugs. He looked very scary, and strung out on something. There’s frequently questionable characters, smelling of urine outside and inside this store. And now I know why. I’m going to find a different coffee shop, not a Starbucks.

The employee Leah was a angel my pup was about to go over the rainbow brindle and wanted to get her a pup cup before and Leah gave a large one and made it special and showed such compassion I wish there were more employees like her and Starbucks has a angel working for them and I hope they truly appreciate her. Thank you Leah you are awesome

This location is a total joke! And not a funny one.. Ceiling always leaking, employees not " partners" employees who are rude and can not even make a simple drink. Tables always dirty in fact the entire store is dirty . At least I'm not the only one that feels this way. I have seen people slam their drink down on the counter and say " this drink is made wrong AGAIN!" Nothing but fools work here at this location but the biggest fool of all is their district manager Ashley Heart who allows BAD customer service. A person who worked as a barista not too long ago. ( things you can find on the Internet) She allows all the garbage that happens at this location including drug use in the bathroom. She as a district manager should be fired but Starbucks as a company is garbage. The more I drive around the more good news I see...another Starbucks closing its doors!
I avoid this location at all costs. I don't need rude kids thinking they have a real hard job. Your at a fast food place and can not even get a cup of coffee right. Really?
