Came in on 09/25 and was just going to get my basic black iced tea. I hadn’t had Starbucks in a year and Kevin was so patient with me and helped me decide on a drink that was AMAZING. He was super nice and patient, all around good energy. Great personality and great at drinks. Thank you Kevin! I’ve probably only been to Starbucks 5 times in the last two years but Kevin and the apple crisp nondairy chai I think have made me into a future regular.

Went into this Starbucks a couple of weeks ago in the early morning. I had stopping first at Brueggers to pick up some bagels for work colleagues. Those employees understand what it means to treat a customer decent and with respect. I encountered the most rude and unfriendly morning employee I have in years at a Starbucks. If you hate your job and people that much please find another line of work. I enjoyed going to this location and the lady I normally greet at the register was behind the counter this morning making drinks and even she said good morning but this one at the register couldn’t even smile. No thanks, I won’t be back.

My last two years going here the blonde guy has never made my drink correct. Not once. Ever. Lmao! But everyone else is so nice and does a good job! I’ve gotten the wrong milk a couple times but other than that its clean and always well stocked
The location itself is not convenient and all the way in the back corner of the center. Minimal parking is available no matter what time you go. Staff needs customer service training. Walked in and saw 3 staff members focused on hanging up some sort of sign. Not 1 of them were checking to see if there were customers in line and were too focused on their "project". Is this a construction zone or a Starbucks? Stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally did no apology was given, no sorry for waiting, etc then when I did order I got a sarcastic remark from staff. I guess this location doesn't like customers.
