Brown Butter is regular butter that's been slowly simmered just long enough to toast those milk solids (protein found in the butter). This gives us a rich toasted, nutty flavor and a warm brown hue. After we brown that butter, we introduce it slowly into a warm sweet cream base. A generous amount of house toasted pecans are folded in to provide nutty flavor and a lovely texture. Two-double scoops was the way to go for our family of 4. Can never go wrong with Ube Pandelsal toffee and mango sticky rice. And tried a new one - yuzu poppyseed cake, loved it! Service was great and they offer samples. Enjoyed the outside seating area that was a great space for the kids to play and for me to check out the surrounding shops. We will be back!

The ice cream is a given.
Their Ube is my favorite ice cream hands down.
Taste is one thing, but the airy/chewy texture is amazing..
But the experience at this venue made it even better.

Went to spend a gift card I got from a friend.
The gift card for some reason wasn't working quite well.
They gave a good 5 minute to fix the issue and gave me an additional scoop on the house!

I had the Vegan Strawberry Oat Crumble at Stella Jean’s in Carlsbad and it was incredible! The strawberry flavor was fresh and vibrant, and the oat crumble was churned right into the ice cream, adding texture and warmth in every bite. So creamy and indulgent you’d never guess it was vegan. Highly recommend!
