Went by there tonight since the one on Paseo Norte burnt their meatballs and this location was CLOSED, even though Yelp said they were opened until 9. Anyone else know if thIs location is closed permanently?

Typical tasty subway sandwiches. What was not typical was the girl working the counter. She was extra friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. I wish I had gotten her name. She provided a level of service far beyond what you would expect at a subway.

I went during the busiest time where the place was packed and the only person that was working there was Habib. Even though Habib was put in a stressful situation he managed to cheer me up despite my terrible day.

Wayyyy understaffed. I've been there 3 times and it's always over 20 minutes go get a sub.... With 1 or w people ahead of me.

Standard prices and food. The staff member did his best to clean, cashier, and wait on customers. No clean tables available but I must have arrived after a rush at typical dinner time. Darling little girl enjoying the fountain outside.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning and for some reason it wasnt put in the regular over, the guy working there put it in the toaster. Weird, but I didnt think much of it, once I started eating my sandwich my eggs were super cold, I had to throw it in the microwave.

Went to this location twice this week. The restaurant is clean. The young woman did very well keeping calm during the lunch rush. Why was she working alone? Today the young man was very kind like the young woman the other day.

Ordered online for pickup and that process went smoothly. Once I got home I noticed both our sandwiches were made incorrectly, wayyy incorrectly. I went back and Nicholas and Brian made sure they got my sandwich made the way I wanted it. Then even threw in a large drink and several cookies for the mixup. They truly took care of it professionally and made it up to me since I had to drive all the way back there. They just wanted to make sure the customer was happy and that's the most important thing to do when serving the public. Thank You to both!

Came in on memorial day. Only 3 customers in line. The 2 male workers would not stop complaining about working on a holiday on a nice sunny day and how "busy" it was... 3 customers... They where extremely rude cursing, whining, making strange sounds as they talked and i thought they where about to cry. They berated one poor customer with an accident criticizing him for not speaking english. They literally threw my sandwich together. Upon opening my non wrapped sandwich its contents where all over my bag. Never have i seen such entitled, whinny, terrible service.

Came here with some friends and one of my friends tried to order one of the paninis but wanted to customize it by substituting turkey for chicken and was told "I can't alter the sandwich; my manager told me it has to look exactly like the picture". Huh?????? Ridiculous.
