Two young girls were in the back hiding. The online ordering system not turned on so we have to walk in and wait for order to be done. Which cuts into my lunch time. According to them they didn't want to get busy. Second time ordering a BLT. Second time it's raw. I know the bacon is precooked but still need to be crisp and cooked. Not raw looking and limp. Don't ask me to toast my sandwich if it's not going to be toasty. Not sure what happened to this location on El Camino in Carlsbad. Food is nasty and not worth getting sick over. If I'm paying 9.00 for a 6in sub it better be edible. Gross will not be back.

Do not go here. The girl making my sandwich really grabbed her phone out of her pocket with her gloves on WHILE making my sandwich. That's insane & she tried to hide it behind the cookie display. She also had her hair down and was also on the phone the whole time with her airpods in so she kept having to repeat her questions cause she wasn't listening to me then I was told after paying for a meal that there was no ice. I worked at Subway for 3 years & have never witnessed anything like this.

Super slow service. Took over 30 mins to get 4 sandwichs (nothing special about them) made and there was only 1 person ahead of us ordering 1 sandwich. Anu did the best she could as she was all by herself on a Saturday afternoon. No fountain drinks available at this time. But wasn't charged extra for getting bottled, was included in meal price so that was nice.
