If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would. We placed a $120 DoorDash order, and what arrived looked like grocery-store sushi—old, dried out, and honestly questionable. It tasted even worse. After DoorDash refused to help, I called the restaurant directly hoping they would make it right. That’s where things got even more unbelievable. I politely asked to speak with the manager. The receptionist put me on hold, came back to say he was “busy,” and I said I would wait. A few minutes later, she returned to say he’d call me back. I again said I’d wait. This happened three or four times—each time she went back to him, and each time he refused to come to the phone. I finally asked for his name so I could stop by in person, and suddenly he wanted my name and number but still wouldn’t give his. Completely unprofessional. A manager’s job is to communicate with customers and resolve issues—not hide in the back and refuse to speak. He failed in a big way. I never did get his name, and I fully plan on stopping by. I would never eat here again, and I encourage others to think twice. Customer service: –0. Food quality: the same.

Came here after a massage in the same shopping center and decided to give Super Sushi a try. We had picked out a few things from the menu posted in the window, but once we were seated (quickly, which was nice) we found out those menus were outdated. Unfortunately, the orange chicken bowl I wanted was no longer available. Since we were in the mood for something light, we both went with teriyaki bowls. The chicken teriyaki came with a generous portion of meat, rice, and a layer of cabbage, while the beef teriyaki was also a solid option. The food overall was good, nothing to rave about, but it hit the spot. The green tea ended up being the surprise highlight; I didn’t expect loose leaf tea at a small shopping center restaurant, and it was really enjoyable. Service was quick and friendly, but prices felt a bit high for what it was. Overall, a decent stop if you’re in the area and want a quick meal, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Wait staff were amazing, some food ordered nonedible, atmosphere was decent. Sushi caterpillar roll and miso soup were good (eel in sushi a little burnt/hard to chew, flavor was good). I do not recommend the fried rice, octopus or salmon, had to return bc just could not eat it. The wait staff were absolutely amazing.

It was first time here yesterday but I must say 9/10 when it comes to the menu. Not a great location for me but the food is amazing. I ordered the spicy wok shrimp(they served me chicken instead 🤣🤣🤣) but it was so good I did not bother to get it changed. I also had the panko roll and omg it was so mouth watering. Service was super fast and the host and server was very fast and friendly. I want to try so much more so definitely coming back here to try other items.
