I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

Whether to go, or dining in this is one of the best places to eat for clean, healthy, refreshing, nutritious meals. The staff is always warm, friendly, and provides such timely service. Everything always tastes so fresh. I highly recommend for lunch, or dinner the portion sizes are plentiful, and filling.

I continue to be disappointed in my experience here…again and again, I’ve tried a few times but service gets worse. They were out of mostly 60%of toppings and the chicken was not in any hot water like they store it on counter things were not warm like they usually are. The employee was rude and scooped out the topping with his hands because they didn’t go to the bank to replace it. Do better sweet greens!

I was truly let down by both the service and the quality of food during my recent visit. Right from the start, several key ingredients—corn, peppers, and chicken—were unavailable, which forced me to choose a completely different salad than I originally wanted.
The worker shared they did not have chicken and offered either salmon or steak. At no point was I informed there would be an additional charge for this, especially since it was replacing the chicken they didn’t have. It wasn’t until I went to pay that I realized I had been charged extra $6. When I brought it up to the worker, she simply said she ā€œhad to charge me.ā€ I explained that no one had mentioned there would be an up-charge for a substitution due to them being out of chicken.

To make matters worse, the portion of protein I received was incredibly small—smaller than even the mini pre-packed servings you’d find at Costco. And the avocado? Completely unripe and hard as a rock.

After all that, I was charged $20 for a disappointing meal. Poor communication, subpar ingredients, and service that felt indifferent. I won’t be returning.

Service could be a lot better, I have to drive 35 min to come here and the staff make it seem like they are doing me a huge favor by taking my order. The worse part is being hit with an option to tip at the end! It seems really disrespectful when you have to drive 35 min, stand in like to get your order taken, grab your own utensils, and on top of that deal with staff members that don’t even respond to you when you say ā€œthank youā€.

Like other one star reviews, I continue to experience inadequate & inconsistent portions, and missing or poorly cooked ingredients. I order around once a month for work, and there is always something wrong with my order. Every time I contact sweetgreen support via online, they make it right, so that's appreciated. However, confronting the workers in store to fix what they made wrong is awkward, as they give you major attitude. Today, my sweet potatoes were soaked through with the water liquid from scraping the bottom of a bin of the slaw, so I asked them to just pick out the soaked potatoes and throw on some fresh ones. The girl took them out with her fingers and her back turned towards me over the trash. She then scooped on the fresh ones and by this time, other workers were giving me the side eye and scoffing. She then throws it up on the counter and walks away. Management seems to be broken at this location specifically. I never see a happy team.

Update: I want to thank management for making things right. I don’t like to leave negative reviews and think that businesses deserve credit when credits due.

Yesterday, I bought a steak salad with barely any steak in it. You can count the not even handful of pieces. It was $20, so I ordered a steak bowl and basically got a salad bowl.

When I actually get what I ordered (order in person at the counter), I love sweetgreen. However, if you order through the app or uber eats, just know your order WILL be wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct meal when ordering online. I have had missing chicken, rice, dressing, apples, cheese and more. Not sure if they run out and just decide to not replace it with anything, thinking the customer won’t notice, but it is a complete waste of money to pay over $20 for a bowl with a couple pieces of broccoli and carrot. I hope Sweetgreen improves their to-go ordering process, I will not risk it again.
