I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Beef Nacho Belgrande Combo. I noticed that the restaurant floor was dirty and that several of the tables had not been wiped down. This was strange because it wasn't that busy at all. After eating my beef taco, I noticed after a few bites that there wasn't any beef on my nachos! I alerted the woman who took my order, and she took it in the back and had another woman simply add beef to it. I would have preferred a new one prepared the right way, but wasn't given that option.

The location made an error on their end and despite my multiple attempts to ask the manager to double-check, they did not rectify the situation. The manager, though initially professional, made an unnecessary comment when handing me my food, stating that he is only doing it for my children. To add to my frustration, when I scanned my Apple Pay, it showed that the order was processed 3 hours ago, indicating a system error. After a long and challenging day in a city where I don't live, I didn't deserve to feel even worse after spending all the money I had left for the day at this establishment. I am planning to contact someone higher up to address this issue. I have attached proof of payment to support my claim. Furthermore, I returned to the store and made another purchase using the original payment method to gather technical information for customer support. I have uploaded proof that their system is not accurately recording transactions, leading to order errors and potentially overcharging customers who encounter this issue.

This Taco Bell is very consistent, and I have usually had a good experience here.I ordered the crispy taco supreme, burrito supreme, and the nacho fries.The taco was made well. Shell was crunchy, with a good amount of meat filling, fresh shredded lettuce, sour cream, a good amount of shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.The burrito supreme has the same as the taco supreme, but add in beans and red sauce to it. I am only disappointed with the fact of how tiny it is. For almost $5 it's super small. I worked there years ago and the burrito supreme was just that... Supreme! It is now burrito stingy... The shrinkflation is definitely reflected here....The nacho fries are absolutely amazing. Nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The seasoning they put on it is tangy and has such a great flavor. Then, to add the nacho cheese sauce makes it amazing.Great customer service from the drive-through cashier, who was friendly and attentive to my order.
Very disappointing. A new manager would do some good for this location. My order was not only wrong, but lied to and charged twice. I will take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever! Everytime I come here the order is wrong! When asking for taco sauce, the lady claiming to be the manager tried to tell me that they are only allowed to give one sauce per taco! BULLSHIT! I have been going to Taco Bell for many years and sometimes enjoy their crunchy tacos. This time the lady claiming to be the manager(who is always in a bad mood and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS) Went too far. The order was incorrect AGAIN! I had to drive all the way back to bring the order and she only wanted to replace the part of the order that was wrong. I told her with gas prices the way they are you should be refunding me for the entire order with complimentary food on my next order! She did not even give me her name. And by the way...the phone was busy for over 45 minutes so I could not even call ahead! Shame on you!

I got crunchy chicken tacos with no lettuce like I always do. Chicken costs an extra 80 cents which is fine if they actually fill the taco… both of my tacos were way less than half full. I wish I took a picture. There was hardly any food in those taco shells.
