Apart from the marshad ring the bobates are of excellent standard. My granddaughters, just love all of them great value for money and a very nice smile with every service. Also the small tea was excellent

Horrible Service! I purchased a Thai Tea for my daughter and it tasted like watered down milk. I went back after we were done walking around with the drink full. I went back to see if I could exchange it for something else the rude employee said sure what would you like, then I went ahead and requested a different beverage and just responded with $6.75 and asked if I wanted her to throw away the drink I came back to return. I said yes but when I asked if I would receive some kind of credit for returning the product she quickly just said no it was an hour ago you should have brought it back right away, so that would be $6.75.I did not choose to argue with the young and disengaged employee I just purchased the new drink since this was for my daughter and she was excited for it. Never again will I go to this establishment😀

I had a lovely visit to Tea Monk in Carlsbad! The customer service was great .everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We ordered a mix of drinks including the taro milk tea (both hot and cold), plus some macaron ice cream. Everything was beautifully presented and enjoyable. The only small note: I had requested my hot drink to be less sweet, but it still came out a bit too sweet for my taste,and it was more warm than hot. Still, not a dealbreaker!

Overall, it’s a cute spot with great vibes and good drinks. I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu!

First the cashier was rude. They didn't have boba. Then they skipped my order. They completed 3 orders that came after mine. After, asking the manager if I could get a refund they were trying to justify our order taking over 20min because the person making drinks is new and they don't know how to read the orders. Funny justification because the other drinks were in order. So are we hiring people that don't know how numbers work? 10 out of 10.... don't recommend.

Great service and delicious drinks. The menu offers photos of all of the drinks and they even let you sample the toppings. Employees were super friendly and the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

This place is so refreshing with exceptional service!! I had the best Iced Caramel Macchaito (better than starbucks just sayin) hands down suggested by the staff in which they were so helpful.Thank you I will def be back !!

I got a smoothie and customized it. The people working here are very very kind and helped me with my choice of drink! Definitely would come back :)

So lovely! Left a review on Yelp too. The aura in this place is very welcoming. Whenever me and my mom go, we’re met with friendly faces. We go often to the point the workers have even cared to remember our order. We’ve never had issues going! Plus, their flavors are truly delicious. I recommend to everyone I get the chance to! :)
