Great presentation but barely any flavor to back it up. Boba texture is way too soft with an odd tanginess.

Apart from the marshad ring the bobates are of excellent standard. My granddaughters, just love all of them great value for money and a very nice smile with every service. Also the small tea was excellent

Horrible Service! I purchased a Thai Tea for my daughter and it tasted like watered down milk. I went back after we were done walking around with the drink full. I went back to see if I could exchange it for something else the rude employee said sure what would you like, then I went ahead and requested a different beverage and just responded with $6.75 and asked if I wanted her to throw away the drink I came back to return. I said yes but when I asked if I would receive some kind of credit for returning the product she quickly just said no it was an hour ago you should have brought it back right away, so that would be $6.75.I did not choose to argue with the young and disengaged employee I just purchased the new drink since this was for my daughter and she was excited for it. Never again will I go to this establishment😀

I had a lovely visit to Tea Monk in Carlsbad! The customer service was great .everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We ordered a mix of drinks including the taro milk tea (both hot and cold), plus some macaron ice cream. Everything was beautifully presented and enjoyable. The only small note: I had requested my hot drink to be less sweet, but it still came out a bit too sweet for my taste,and it was more warm than hot. Still, not a dealbreaker!

Overall, it’s a cute spot with great vibes and good drinks. I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu!
