Teaspoon Carlsbad

I walked in with a couple of friends, and all I wanted was some boba. What I got, was chunks at the bottom of my drink and a lively little COCKroach. Not what I was expecting, but certainly very interesting to say the least. The mango drink was actually pretty good, but the COCKroach could've been swimming around in there before I got it. Who knows? Lovely little critter, but get him outta here! That's the last time I pay 8 dollars for chunks and a COCKroach. Evict this guy and I'll come back.

My order was wrong, so the young lady said she would remake it. She started to just dump some and use some of the original drink until she saw me watching, and then she remade it from scratch.

She then gave me a card good for a free drink, and I thought that was very nice until I realized that it had multiple footprints on the back. Now I'm just grossed out. 🤢

Tasty, good flavors but used to be better. The teens are running the show and quality has gone down. When they are out of a topping, they won't sub or credit?? Just charge for another. It's just annoying. Lots of ice and not much tea at $8-10 Good bye

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked them to sub and they won't until I explain that I should get a credit then since the topping is included in the price. She just said she isn’t in charge. Eventually, both times they begrudgingly removed the charge. Wait, why dont they just OFFER to sub another topping or take it off the menu? Its not my problem that you are out of a topping, right?. Also, Im tired of asking for lite ice. It should just come with regular ice not filled with ice and a little tea!. It's just annoying spending up to 10$, begging for an included topping explaining i would like tea with that cup of ice and the server rolling her eyes. No thanks

Ordered tea through doordash tonight. Asked for Rose Petal Oolong with black sugar swirl, dalgona honeycomb, and cream. Paid the extra for the toppings. Recieved only the 50% sweet tea.
Pay closer attention to your orders. Definitely not ordering again.

I had such a wonderful experience coming into teaspoon at Carlsbad. The workers are amazing great service, fast and speedy thank you to all the workers Abby, Irene, Erik, Anaya for the amazing drinks you do and how much effort was put in thank you so much and have a great day. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Lovely location, employees are very friendly and helpful. The drinks are customizable and they offer unique flavor options. Very delicious, but some of them are slightly too sweet. If you have a big sweet tooth, this is the place for you. Overall I had a great experience and would come here again. ?✨

This place had lots of good options to suit all taste buds! They even had oat milk options, which I really appreciated. I got the smooth mango drink, which was delightful. My friends got a taro drink and coffee-ube. Their ordering system was kiosk-driven.

The employees here are extremely nice. The boba is perfectly chewy and the drinks aren’t crazy sweet which I prefer. There’s games provided for kids to play with which I think adds a nice touch to the friendly environment.

The girls that work here are so patient and sweet. Very great team!

The bubble tea was yummy and seemed very customizable. I loved that they had samples, it helped my greatly with decision fatigue from their many many flavors
