Best place for boba tea and drinks. Kai and Georgia are wonderful.

Amazing, pretty, and customisable drinks, friendly staff, lots of board games to play if you’re waiting for your order, and claw machines where you can try your luck. 10/10, though most drinks are pretty sweet, but that can be changed while ordering. (Photo provided of their caramel cream)

I love this chain and went all the time in San Jose when I used to live nearby, but this location is really hit and miss. I always get Thai tea, but today was basically just milk. Only two other people inside when I went so it wasn’t super busy. If it were busy I could understand not the best quality (not an excuse but could understand). A bit disappointing. I have gotten great drinks before so I will try one more time. If this is too much of a pattern, I will have to try other local spots.

This place by far is truly amazing. The quality of their ingredients, the value for the money, the taste of each drink is spectacular and I can’t stress enough on the staff’s friendliness and the deliciousness of each experience. I have been addicted to come here at lunch and each time I leave happier.

I walked in with a couple of friends, and all I wanted was some boba. What I got, was chunks at the bottom of my drink and a lively little COCKroach. Not what I was expecting, but certainly very interesting to say the least. The mango drink was actually pretty good, but the COCKroach could've been swimming around in there before I got it. Who knows? Lovely little critter, but get him outta here! That's the last time I pay 8 dollars for chunks and a COCKroach. Evict this guy and I'll come back.

My order was wrong, so the young lady said she would remake it. She started to just dump some and use some of the original drink until she saw me watching, and then she remade it from scratch.

She then gave me a card good for a free drink, and I thought that was very nice until I realized that it had multiple footprints on the back. Now I'm just grossed out. 🤢

Tasty, good flavors but used to be better. The teens are running the show and quality has gone down. When they are out of a topping, they won't sub or credit?? Just charge for another. It's just annoying. Lots of ice and not much tea at $8-10 Good bye

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked them to sub and they won't until I explain that I should get a credit then since the topping is included in the price. She just said she isn’t in charge. Eventually, both times they begrudgingly removed the charge. Wait, why dont they just OFFER to sub another topping or take it off the menu? Its not my problem that you are out of a topping, right?. Also, Im tired of asking for lite ice. It should just come with regular ice not filled with ice and a little tea!. It's just annoying spending up to 10$, begging for an included topping explaining i would like tea with that cup of ice and the server rolling her eyes. No thanks

Ordered tea through doordash tonight. Asked for Rose Petal Oolong with black sugar swirl, dalgona honeycomb, and cream. Paid the extra for the toppings. Recieved only the 50% sweet tea.
Pay closer attention to your orders. Definitely not ordering again.
