Amazing, pretty, and customisable drinks, friendly staff, lots of board games to play if you’re waiting for your order, and claw machines where you can try your luck. 10/10, though most drinks are pretty sweet, but that can be changed while ordering. (Photo provided of their caramel cream)

I love this chain and went all the time in San Jose when I used to live nearby, but this location is really hit and miss. I always get Thai tea, but today was basically just milk. Only two other people inside when I went so it wasn’t super busy. If it were busy I could understand not the best quality (not an excuse but could understand). A bit disappointing. I have gotten great drinks before so I will try one more time. If this is too much of a pattern, I will have to try other...

This place by far is truly amazing. The quality of their ingredients, the value for the money, the taste of each drink is spectacular and I can’t stress enough on the staff’s friendliness and the deliciousness of each experience. I have been addicted to come here at lunch and each time I leave happier.
