I walked in with a couple of friends, and all I wanted was some boba. What I got, was chunks at the bottom of my drink and a lively little COCKroach. Not what I was expecting, but certainly very interesting to say the least. The mango drink was actually pretty good, but the COCKroach could've been swimming around in there before I got it. Who knows? Lovely little critter, but get him outta here! That's the last time I pay 8 dollars for chunks and a COCKroach. Evict this...

My order was wrong, so the young lady said she would remake it. She started to just dump some and use some of the original drink until she saw me watching, and then she remade it from scratch.

She then gave me a card good for a free drink, and I thought that was very nice until I realized that it had multiple footprints on the back. Now I'm just grossed out. 🤢

Tasty, good flavors but used to be better. The teens are running the show and quality has gone down. When they are out of a topping, they won't sub or credit?? Just charge for another. It's just annoying. Lots of ice and not much tea at $8-10 Good bye
