My wife and I go to Thai Pasta for lunch at least once a week. The food is great and the people there are friendly. They do a lot of take-out and Doordash orders, but not a lot of dine-in, so it is normally a nice, quiet place for lunch. The food arrives quickly if you need a quick lunch, but there is never a rush to leave.

The service was terrible. The woman just starred in my face when I informed her it was my first time in the place. I expected a little more appreciation because I could have went anywhere. She did not give any suggestions on meals just made me feel like I needed to hurry and order. I got the food and the food was alright. I’m very familiar with true authentic Thai food taste and this place did not have that authentic taste. The woman asked if I wanted utensils I said a clear voice “yes please!” She proceeds to give me no utensils so the food was difficult to eat without it (we weren’t home or near any place with utensils so we had to eat the best way we saw fit smh) The food wasn’t AS terrible as the service though…. I enjoyed the soup. I will certainly be trying a new place next time I have a Thai food craving. These workers need to leave their attitude of not wanting to be at work AT THE DOOR. Or work a job that is far away from customer service and working with people.

I ordered steak salad and tofu pad soon sen, came home and opened my box, seafood salad and just veggie pad Woonsocket sen. so disappointed. Never go back
I rarely post reviews but this time I felt that I had to. If I could give this zero stars I would.. I requested a Thai iced tea with boba however when it arrived there was no boba to be found and what made it worse is when I requested a refund, I was only granted 20% back.
