I like sourcream cheese cake. Their's is too surgary for me.

The truffle chicken made my husband and I sick. The cheesecake was awesome!

Food, atmosphere, and staff awesome as always!

Amazing place to have any meal you want. They have a menu like no other.

No happy hour on the patio.

Lots of choices, we went at 2pm, so no waiting. My omelette was cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients, the latte was delicious. My friend really enjoyed her Ceviche. Our server was very attentive and pleasant.

Food was ok but prices outrageous for quality of food. We were there two hours. Service was so slow. I felt bad for our server. He was super nice and tried hard. He was running basically the whole outdoor mall area. Hard to do well when company understaffs. I use to take my girls a lot to eat in Fresno Cheesecake Factory and loved it. Have not been back for 20 years until last night. I have had fish n chips. Coleslaw awful, fish ok but fries were on the cold side. Mine was close to $50 for one glass of wine and meal. I don’t mind paying for good meal but didn’t even finish not appealing.

Worst service here. I gave this location 3 opportunities and each time was a big disappointment. The Manager was nice and very kind. If only he had a better team on the floor. All servers very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional.

Showed up with the family to a reservation we set up. We ordered crab cakes, tacos, flatbread pizza, spaghetti w/meatballs, grilled cheese and the celebration cheesecake. Everything tasted great and our server (Oliver) was attentive and super friendly. He was the best waiter we've had in a long time.
We're from out of town and our Cheesecake Factory is a nightmare to go to. I was hesitant to eat at this location but was happy I did.

Went there today, was served a glass of water with chipped glass and a sharp edge and cold mac and cheese appetizer. Got the rest of our meal to go and the chicken parm had a piece of metal in it. Unsafe place to eat.
