The Cheesecake Factory

I'm writing this review regarding a takeout order I came to the restaurant to pick up. the order was sitting right next to the cash register in front of me.however the girl behind the counter was busy making desserts. after 5 minutes with no acknowledgment of me -I asked her if I could have a little help in paying for my carry out. she explained that the person who handles the register was back in the kitchen and would be out and he would have to be the one to check me out. I waited another 15 minutes watching 2 girls doing nothing at the hostess stand 2 feet away from me. I think there needs to be a little more cross-training done there so that customers don't have to wait 20 to 25 minutes while an order gets cold in order to just pay for the order.It just seems anyone of those 3 people should have been able to take my money.I don't usually post reviews but I want management to consider making people wait for over 20 minutes just to pay for a takeout order which was right next to the register.

I went with my son and this was our first time eating at the Cheesecake Factory. The food was good, the cheesecakes are fantastic, but the atmosphere is very noisy.

Went there a few days ago for my birthday. We waited an hour for our food. Then our waiter took a break and was replaced by someone else. We only saw him twice and waited 30 minutes after we were done with our food to finally ask for the check. When leaving I happened to forget my gift at the table and ran the back inside to retrieve it. Only to be told nothing like my gift was left at the table. Ben, the manager then claimed I didn't leave anything at the table after reviewing footage which is not true. Very disappointing and upsetting how the situation was handled. Do better Cheesecake Factory.

Got sat quickly never got a drink order watched 3 other families one with a dog who were behind us get ordered and the waitress
said we were next and went on to another table. Thanks a lot

We were there Friday Jan 9th for dinner. Brandi E was our server. She is a gem, absolute delight!! She said we made her night but really, she made ours too!! Our food was fantastic, dessert too ofc!! Thanks so much Brandi—you’re a rockstar!!

Finally back after few months .

Decided to try other happy hour menu
But this waiter said we could not bring to table .. last 2 times we had no issues...

Especially since we usually have few appetizers on top of dinner and drinks

Service was not greatest, few issues

But food was amazing like always .

Glad bread pizza was delicious

ordered a cheesecake to go and asked to wait. waited 15 min and i have to ask turns out the packed cake was just left on the prep table, the stuff need keep things organized.

Pizza and whatever cheese cake you like. Lunch while shopping makes for a good break in the day. Dinner intimacy works also. Great atmosphere!
