I always love the food at cheesecake factory but when I went it was the best service. Jennifer was out serving me and my boyfriend that night and she was super super nice and kind. I had order something on the menu which they had just ran out of and she was kind enough to guide me to another option that was similar and she also told the chefs to make it sort of like what I had originally ordered 10/10 the sweetest ever!

We have been here twice within a year and had great service and food both times. Pretty smooth.Parking: Easy enough off peak. Could be tough during peak.

Decided to try the online takeout ordering. The delivery experience to the car was great - prompt with a smiling face. The food once we got it home was an uneven experience. We ordered the Steak Diane and Chicken combo. First thing noticed was the teeny tiny size of the steak medallions. For the price paid, we expected a bigger serving. We ordered medium rare but two pieces were medium and two were well done. The flavor was fine and the sauce and mushrooms were tasty. The chicken was very good, tasty and properly cooked and moist. Mashed potatoes also good. The bread that was provided was quite dry and hard to tear apart. All in all, a B- experience, considering also the premium price paid.

Took a bite from my burger and bit into a chunk broken from their plate. 7 damage to my teeth or mouth. Didn't want to make an issue of it, so I quietly talked to the waiter, and they offered to replace the burger. Everybody was finished eating by the time the manager brought that out. They comped the one meal, but that seemed like the least they could do, and they didn't offer anything else. Seems like this could've gone quite the opposite direction, and they did the minimum to cover it.The editor and waitress covering were great, so not their fault for the low score.
