These people were so nice and our iced carmel lattes were delicious. I am so grateful they were kind and friendly. It made our day.

Wow, loved there Blended Mocha drink. Walked by and couldn't resist trying the cold mocha drink. Was rich in flavor not watery like Starbucks! 5.95 small was just enough for a hot afternoon. Wish there was one on Vista, California.

1. Wrong size drink2. No cream cheese for beagle. Had to remind him and only got 1 (all others give 2)3. Gave me wrong food twice. Had to remind and show receipt to correct order.4. Was 1st one in and last one out (5 other customers passed me up)Only upside was drink was good.

I'm a big fan of this location, I've actually been coming here since around 2012; ordering the same thing, a mocha ice blended without coffee. Unfortunately I've been incredibly disappointed with how the store has been handled in the past while; in the past month alone, my drink has been made incorrectly more times than it has in the past 10 years. On something incredibly simple in my opinion, just that I don't want coffee in it; if that isn't a sign of decline I don't know what is.

Always nice and always appreciate the tea lattes.

The peach jasmine cold brew gave me food poisoning. I noticed that it tasted off when i bought it but thought nothing of it. I drank half and immediately felt sick. I wouldn’t recommend.

Went in to get just a normal coffee and the girl working at the time I think her name is Jenna was just the sweetest person ever. She made great conversation and made my coffee with speed. it was delicious!!! great customer service!!

I love coffee bean but the last time I walked in here the girl did not want to take my order. Walked in at 4:36ish on a Saturday.. me knowing they close at 6.

Unbelievably helpful and friendly! Our drinks were made quickly and just like we like.

One of the worst awfully managed coffee beans in the U.S. And the on site made beverages are horrible.

I have never been inside of a Coffee Bean until today. The barista, Mckayla, was quick to attend to me and ask for my order. She was extremely kind, positive, and cheerful. She recommended the seasonal drink (something with cookie butter) and even made extra suggestions to tailor the drink to my liking. Truly a great barista and an excellent asset to the Coffee Bean team :)

Bought a fruit parfait cup and only a fruit cup as it was the only thing on the menu I could eat. It turned out the yogurt was rotten/sour. Smelled like rotten milk and tasted like it too.The Barista offered a new one but I had already lost my appetite. Then they offered a refund but the long was really long so I just said it was okay. Waste of $5 tho.Be sure to check the date on the fruit cups you buy because the staff (understandably) could miss a detail or two.
