Best fries in town! The aioli is out of this world, we never get tired of this delicious combination!

The Fry Fix is located in the Windmill Food Hall. I ordered the regular fries. They were good but nothing special. I think if they were priced lower than $6, I might have been ok with these fries. Unfortunately, I just don't see how they were worth the price. Service was good and fast.

One of my favorite snacks at the windmill food hall is their "classic fix" cone of Belgian-style fries. Simple and delicious. For those looking for over-the-top fries they also sell "Loaded" fries. I chose the steak frites. Nicely cooked flank steak, onions, and aioli on top of their Belgium fries.. Good, but for me you just can't beat their basic fries. While they don't have traditional mayonnaise they do offer up a robust Aioli.

It’s $$$ with smaller portions but it’s also fresh, real food and made in house. So if your looking for quality over quantity this is the place for you!

Bottom Line: Belgian style fries located inside the Windmill Food Hall. I finally decided to treat myself to a decadent order of fries from The Fry Fix. Since I was looking for dinner I wanted something with some protein so I went all out and ordered the Steak Frites. For the calories and the price I was hoping to love it, but I just didn't. The fries themselves were excellent but everything on top just kinda blended together in a hot, messy heap. Maybe I should have asked about getting the Sauce Verte and aioli on the side? If I returned I think I would just keep it simple and try classic fries with melted cheese.

Interesting selection of loaded fries! They also have plain fries and maybe sweet potato fries

(Translated by Google) The authentic taste of a Belgian chip shop. Is the owner perhaps from Belgium? His pronunciation does sound Flemish ...

Finally got over to the windmill food hall and after walking through and checking out every place and menu I found several places that I wanted to try. I have had similar fries from another place up in San Francisco so I wanted to try the Fry Fix. I was eyeing the Steak Frites, and the Belgian Poutine and couldn't decide, but then I saw the Pesto fries and decided to try those since I like those flavors and thought they would compliment some of the other things I ordered from other places. It is expensive at $12 but you do get a large portion and the food is great. They are loaded belgian fries and you can't get those everywhere. It was definitely more than enough for 1 and can easily be shared with 2. The fries were warm, delicious, and cooked perfectly. The arugula, pickled onions, tomatoes, feta cheese, and garlic and basil pesto really complimented the fries and made it a nice meal. I am looking forward to trying some of the other items, and they have sweet and savory waffles too.

Hands down the best fries I've ever had & the portions make you feel like you got your money's worth. All around a fun time and a great environment!

Yeah if there are fries near me I'm going to have to try that. And there have been some Belgium Fry places that haven't stuck around too long but I love them. Their extra crispiness is how I'd make all fries if I was ruler supreme of the world. We decided on the truffle fries and the essence wasn't as strong as I'd have preferred but it was acceptable. Good amount of Parmesan though so that balanced it out. Glad to have a place in the Windmill representing my poor man's Prozac. I'm sure I'll come back to get my fix again!

If you've never had European fries, then you probably won't get this place. Most people will complain that it's expensive, but it's a big thing in Amsterdam, Belgium, France, Switzerland, etc., so I like that they're trying to bring that concept here as well. I got the Poutine fries and while it's "pricy" the portions were so much, that it makes up for it. When I carried it away, it felt like I was holding a newborn, that's how heavy it was, and I was full halfway through, so it's very filling as well. I loved that they gave me two different dipping sauces: spicy ketchup and aioli sauce, and honestly, I don't know which one I like more, they were both delicious. It had so much cheese curds on this, that I ended up eating it with a fork, so I can get every bite of the short ribs and the cheese. It was fantastic and a comfort food of mine. They also have Belgium waffles, which is a great memory I've had in Belgium. Unfortunately, I have a gluten sensitivity now and can't have it. Nonetheless, I will be back for the fries when I'm making a stop at the Windmill Food Hall.
