Tray, the GM is so awesome and professional he was doing 2 cooks jobs, front of the house and cashier. Talk about a skeleton crew. This guys rolling on missing bones during the lunch rush! Tray kept his cool calm and collected like an old school GM. Give this man a raise well earned and deserved!!!

I ordered a single charburger with no tomato, add bacon, extra pickles. Even though the receipt with the order was attached to the burger, the burger in the wrap was just a standard char. Tomato, no bacon. What’s even more annoying is the last time I ordered for pick up one of my sandwiches was made wrong. I’ve got to assume that custom selections are just ignored. And the bun on my burger was so hard I thought I was accidentally eating the paper wrapper. I’ve deleted the habit app so I won’t be tempted anymore.

I ordered Cesar salad with chicken. The lettuce was too yellow, rotten it was bad I toss the salad out and they didn’t add chicken I had the bad experience before at this location. But I just wanted to give another chance. Never came me back. So BAD.

This was recently voted the best burger in the country? By who? I have tried “The Habit” from three different locations and every time have been disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the burgers are okay, they are decent. They are edible. But there is nothing special about them. I found the quality of the beef to be embarrassingly bad. Like Carls Jr level. Again, it’s okay, but based on the publicity I expect so much better. It’s a decent burger, I guess. If you can overlook the low quality meat. 10 minutes away from this location and for the same price, you can go to “eat crispy burger” they make their own patties there and the burgers are significantly better. I will say the staff at the habit was great and I like the section that offers pepperoncinis and hot chilis. If they could reduce the price and raise the quality of beef, it may be worth a shot. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

Onion rings are the only thing worth getting. Not a fan of their beef quality. Place is usually dirty, staff unfriendly and the hallway near the bathrooms smell like strong urine during hot days
My favorite burger spot when I come to Cali. The burgers taste healthy and I don't feel bloated when I'm done eating.

We have come here every week for the last two years and finally throwing in the towel. We won’t be back. The tables were dirty, I asked our burger to be well done and it was completely pink and raw in the middle (this has happened twice before ) , food was luke warm and every single time we have come here to order food- not one employee acknowledges us that we are here or greets us.
