Solid 4 star experience! I had the fried chicken Benedict and an Irish Coffee. Service was pretty solid but, for the number of people behind the bar, the counter should have been much cleaner. Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful service by Melanie and a generous amount of amazing food, left stuffed and with half my plate to go! 10/10

We are locals. We have been wanting to try this place. The whole experience took almost 2 hours. The wait was ok. During our wait we viewed the menu. We ordered egg purgatory & the short ribs benidict. Our waitress was nice, but a guy carried the dishes and dropped it on our table. He made zero eye contact when we thanked him. He walked away with zero acknowledgement. I asked for my single egg to be over easy. It was completely dry and cooked The meat on the Short Ribs Benedict lacked seasoning, the fried potatoes honestly could not be consumed because the seasoning was ridiculously salty. We kimdly let the waitress know of the issues . We were not trying to get deal, we just simply wanted her to pass it on. She had mentioned that she had complaints of over seasoning all day with the potatoes. We also had let the waitress know when we ordered that we would be taking home a dessert to try Kunafi. She said she would have it ready. We waited an extra 20 minutes for it. Hopefully we did not waste our money on this too. They did charge us for the potatoes that was not edible. Lastly, I want to mention that there was way too many flies, and the menus were dirty. We will not be back!

Waited 40 minutes to get our drinks, which were entirely too sweet, after ordering them. Waited an hour for our food. Had to ask the server for silverware and napkins. A burger came without onions and pickles so we also had to ask for that. We also asked for ketchup as four of us had fries and they brought out one sauce cup of ketchup.

The food was entirely mid. BLT had soggy bread and the lettuce and tomato were limp, the bacon was fine.

Crispy chicken sandwiches were overall fairly tasty, but same issue with the bread, lettuce & tomato.

The burger was fine, but any dive bar can do it better.

It’s way too expensive for being an overhyped Applebees.
Would not recommend, would not come back.

I like the decor.
Nice music, but you can still hold a conversation.
The staff was nice and the food was absolutely outstanding.
I had the Elvis Toast, and I want the kitchen staff to know I Loved everything about it. It felt like I was served by a world-class chef.

Your name is Toasted and you mess up toast? Seriously?

Stevie Wonder must be making my food with how the bread looked like it was just waved in front of a toaster. And the amount of cream cheese was disgusting, I shouldn't have to disassemble my food and scrape spoonfuls off to be able to eat it. Cold hard boiled eggs on luke warm bread?? My partner's food was barely on the plate, the eggs were touching the table when it was sat down.

Your only saving grace was the waiter, except we could barely hear him the whole time from how horribly loud it was. Put cushions on your vaulted ceiling or something for the love of God.

The food is overpriced, the atmosphere is trying to be too high class for sounding like a nightclub. Go eat somewhere better, literally any other family owned place nearby is cheaper and higher quality.

We were seated at Toasted about 10 minutes before closing, which we wouldn’t have expected to be a problem since the host still let us in. However, it was clear the waiter was frustrated and let us know right away that they were closing soon. The entire experience felt rushed and a bit uncomfortable—like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. That said, the food was excellent—flavorful and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed the meal. Honestly, we shouldn’t have been seated if the staff wasn’t prepared to serve. It left us feeling unwelcome despite the great food.

OMG! Fabulous food and drink. Green Eggs and Denver Scramble for amazing as well as the company in post on both. Prickly pear sour and Mimosa White or even better than I had expected. Definitely a place to visit again!

Our new fav brunch spot! Everything was perfect! Our server Melanie is excellent at her job. She made us feel doted on and well cared for. We called ahead with a special request from the kitchen and the chef eagerly the agreed. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect birthday brunch for my son. Staff went above and beyond! Food was creative and well executed. You seldom find both. I love the decor, music, and those little truffle potatoes! Thank you Toasted Gasttopub!

Toasted Gastrobrunch in Oceanside is home to some great plates and some great servers. Alyssa was an amazing server that made sure to keep us updated and make sure our drinks were full. The atmosphere of Toasted was Gorgeous and Modern. The food itself was good but doesn't do anything over the standard offering around. The price is a little steep for the servings you get and doesn't wow me enough to consider coming back.

I will never understand how a person in the service industry can be so unprofessional and blatantly rude. To the point where she clapped when we left. Who does that? What could we have possibly done for that type of behavior?

We arrived with a reservation for 10 but 2 more came later. We waited at the door of an empty restaurant for 20 minutes to be seated. When we were seated another 15 minutes had passed and we still didn’t have menus or water. Some of us proceeded to go to the bar so we could get some beverages. When this lady Melanie came to our table she asked “so what is this? Are you sitting here or are you going to the bar?” I said, we went to the bar to get something to drink because we’ve been here so long and are thirsty. She answered with “you are 12 people and showed up without a reservation” ok we did have one and so what if we didn’t. The place had 3 tables of 2 besides us. Then she had a fit and refused to take out order or serve us. Like a 6 year old child that wasn’t getting her way. Another sever then came and did a great job. A person who can’t control her emotions should not be in hospitality. Leave your emotions at home woman. You’re 50 years old. Act your age.
