Went here twice in two days during a recent Carlsbad visit. A year ago I went there twice in two days as well...need I say more??

The place wasn't very clean I mean the decorations are old and it seems like the owner doesn't care, the service was ...so so.
I had the chicharrones plate and it wasn't really good.

One of my goto spots. Love the surf and turf burrito. They also have a burrito that is their version of a California but for breakfast. Spicy green salsa is outstanding. Definitely recommend.

One of the better fast casual Mexican places around Carlsbad. Nothing special but very good and consistent food for cheaper eats around here. A big plus is they have authentic Agua

The green sauce is amazing, I would put it on anything - it is delicious on my chilaquiles!
The tacos are really good. Meat it seasoned great, and the homemade tortillas are insane. This place used to be a dry cleaners which is probably why people don’t like the atmosphere, but I personally don’t care about atmosphere when I’m trying to just get a good taco.

It took A long time for the food to come and once they can with it was cold. The person taking our order was also mean and didn’t have patients, they got our order wrong and made us pay extra for the order we originally wanted I dont recommend coming.

Visiting from out of state. Tacos were ?! So so good. The salsas ?! Chips and salsa and cheese were also really good.
Service was quick, and so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Glad we found it.
