Not sure how but the tortilla chips were a real miss, no salt and taste like burnt nothingness. I love rice and beans but why ruin them with green beans, peas and corn? Surf and turf burrito okay meat tastes a little burnt. I live walking distance and I’ve passed this place a million times and finally decided to try it but I don’t think I’ll go back honestly. Great people and fast service but food could use a little love but pretty much what I expected from a 24/7 Mexican Spot.

I’ve visited this drive-through Mexican fast food spot twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing—primarily due to the consistently poor customer service. On both occasions, the same individual at the register was extremely rude, particularly toward female customers, which made the visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

The food itself is average—decent enough in a pinch.
Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, even at a quick-stop location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. In the meantime, I’ll be looking for other options that offer better service, even if it means paying a bit more.

I found this place by accident while walking to Jack in the Box. But I had been wanting to try some fish tacos in California, and yeah, this place has fish tacos.

It has amazing fish tacos. They're six bucks each and they're huge. The fish are in breaded chunks, and there's a lot of fish on these tacos.

This is a 24 hour place, and most people sit outside. The folks in the kitchen deserve a shout-out. Most seating is outside. The menu is huge. And of course in Carlsbad, the weather is always perfect for outside seating.

Update: I went back the next day and got a breakfast burrito. It's as big as a house.

This place has great food but too bad they can never get your order right make sure you check everything before leaving or you will most definitely be heading back to get it fixed. Wish it wasn’t like that but they can care less just say oh it’s not my fault and will not do anything to make it right other then just make you the correct food ha what a joke better off spending your money elsewhere with proper customer service
