Village Kitchen & Pie Shoppe is a cozy spot with friendly service and tasty comfort food. Breakfast is hearty, the portions are big, and everything feels homemade. The real highlight is the pie—flaky crust, rich filling, and lots of flavors to choose from. A great place to enjoy a good meal and dessert.
My large, extended family was looking for a local, non-chain restaurant that would be something we couldn't get at home in Colorado for a yummy dinner while on vacation in California. The Village Kitchen and Pie Shop certainly fit the bill. There was something on the menu for the pickiest of our party of 9 people spanning ages 9-72, and the service was excellent. The portions were huge. The pie is a delicious way to cap off the meal.
My boyfriend and I went here last night and were very impressed and happy with the food and service! Our waiter Ian was absolutely AMAZING!
So kind, attentive, and friendly. We ordered the Country Morning breakfast and waffle. It was big enough for both of us to share. Will definitely come back.
