I ordered a mocha coffee extra hot, but was given it cold. They offered to microwave it, I said no (because microwaving coffee burns it), then they offered to remake it. I accepted that, then they brought me the same microwaved coffee from before and it was burnt. I didn’t drink it and won’t order here again.

Location, location, location. That's the reason for this place's success. Four of us got coffee here for the first time and all of us thought it was of poor quality. I had a cappuccino that I ended up throwing half of it away. It was very bitter and sugar couldn't make up for it.
I went there to buy a whole cake, one of their best, a Boston cream pie cake. So good and the price hasn't rose enormously like just about everything else on the planet.
