Wetzel's Pretzels

Arrived, ordered my food and was gone. Super fast service, food was ready. Literally was gone in 60 secs. Bought one pretzel and three frozen lemonade’s.

My daughter and I shared a bag of plain pretzels bites. They tasted burnt and some of them had a weird taste to them. I told the woman in the shop, but she just told me that there weren’t anything on them and that they weren’t burnt. I have bought these bites many times before and they usually don’t taste like this (burnt). I asked if we could get four of the bites exchanged to new bites, but that wasn’t possible.
What is worse - now both my daughter and I got an upset stomach. Won’t be buying anything for this Wetzel’s Pretzels again.

I hate this place. That pretzel made me throw up. You need to lower them prices cuh.

7/2025: service was good BUT what a total rip off. $40 for 2 pretzels + 2 regular lemonades + 1 cinnamon bite. That’s crazy and not worth going to this business.

Just purchased a pizza pretzel and it had 2 hairs on it!🤮the lady also picked up pretzel bits w her hand w no glove. Will not be coming back

They were supposed to open at 11 and at 10:55 they said “10 more minutes” which is fine I get it, sometimes people run behind.. but she was also on her phone taking calls. then a guy came out (looked like a manager) very rude and said they aren’t gonna open until 11:30. Then I went upstairs to see if they were open and they completely ignored me. So disappointed because I love eating here and I’ve never been treated so rudely.

Sunday 4/28/24 I Purchased pretzel bites and 3 cheese dips to share w friends . They were old and stale . My friend spit his in a napkin . I asked for a refund . They told me they could not refund because they did not know how. She then replaced my pretzel bites with a regular pretzel and still no refund even though the pretzel is cheaper than the pretzel bites. I sat down to eat the pretzel, this one was undercooked. No longer feeling like eating my pretzels I would take them home and heat them up later. When I got home, I realized All three cheese dips expired since 03/2/ 2024. My stomach is gurgling from the few bites of cheese I already ate before realizing. They overcharge and then give you old stale pretzels and expired dip . Gross!!!!!

Got scammed, I ordered a large pretzel and it never came in the order. Complete mismanagement!

Convenient location in the mall.We swing by when we're shopping or catching a movie since our kids like their pretzel bites! The people working here are nice and polite, which makes it even better.

How hard is it to give me a pretzel with out butter? And not be rude I’m polite and respectful of all people in the service industry
