Got scammed, I ordered a large pretzel and it never came in the order. Complete mismanagement!

They always have old pretzels when the women are working there I hate to say! I asked her how long has these pretzels been sitting out because they looked so old n hard and she tells me 30 minutes and I decide to just save it till I get home to warm up since she didn't offer. (No it was not closing time either) and when I get home come to find out the pretzel is burned!!!!! When I go when all the guys are there they are constantly making fresh pretzels n they look like the pretzels on the display n pictures. The time the women are there all the pretzels look like the pretzels u buy out the bag! What a waste of money! BOTH PRETZELS WERE BURNED!

Convenient location in the mall.We swing by when we're shopping or catching a movie since our kids like their pretzel bites! The people working here are nice and polite, which makes it even better.

Absolutely disgusting! This is not like any other Wetzels I have ever visited. The bites were huge puffed up pieces of bread (from being overcooked) and the “glaze” was a cup of sweetened cream cheese. I got my refund and will never be back.

Extremely disappointing the pretzels were stale they had no taste I who taste I asked for salt there was no salt on them it was disgusting it was disgusting I feel so ripped off it's a very overpriced are you overpriced pretzel pretzel if it would have been fresh and tasty I could understand the price but this wasn't worth even close to what I paid I watched other people online and they were buying jalapeno chick cheese cheese and other dipping sauces and I couldn't figure out why It's because the flavor was so bad I felt so ripped off and I will never go to this Wetzel's pretzels again and the only way I'll go to another one is if I see the pretzels come out of the oven because these were stale and at $5.15 each it just was not worth it and the attitude of the employees was like they were selling gold and that they could justify such an excessive price Very disappointed

Way better than I remember. I found myself at the mall the other day and stopped in for some mid-mall snacking. I know this isn't gourmet food we're talking about, but nostalgia struck hard and there's nothing quite like strolling through the mall with some pretzel bites in hand. We tried three different flavors; classic, pizza, and cinnamon. The pretzels were fresh and doughy, but the real key is to get some dipping sauces that pair well. Like the slogan on the bag says, there's a time for moderation, but this isn't it. We went big and loved every bite. Thanks Wetzels!

I don't usually write reviews for chains but I gotta show my support. It was our first time at this mall, and it wouldn't be a mall without a wetzel's pretzel yall. We were walking around and then this delicious smell hit, wam, right in the face. What was that? It could only be, the one, the only. Plus, my partner had never tried it before so all the more reason! We kinda went a bit overboard...our first order was salted and cinnamon bites. Then we came back AGAIN to get sauces and pizza bites. Boy did it slap! SO GOOD. Just like I remember, nostalgia of being a teenager hanging out with friends at the mall and grabbing pretzels. The guys here were super cool too, they gave us fresh bites and told us the secret ingredient ;)

Rip-off! They don't follow their own rule posted on the menu for all to see. The guy kept throwing away receipts, not offering them to anyone. Bought a pretzel & he grabbed my receipt & threw it away. I said I didn't get a receipt so wanted my money back, as it says on the menu. He printed another & handed it to my kid & argued that it didn't count since he gave me the receipt - after I had to ask for it (and he gave it to my child, not me). Said I could return the next day to talk to a manager. He then kept throwing away receipts, not offering them to anyone. If you cannot follow your own rule, then why have it? Not returning here ever.
