12 dollars for a small bag of cold wetzel bitz with 1 cheese cup? Hahaha right... Just go out of business already if you need prices to be this high.

disappointed about my service at this location :( arrived a few minutes before closing and received a mere-warm pretzel and the woman in front of me was offered a free pretzel, and i was the last costumer of the day and was given nothing extra.

kinda disappointing both the store and the booth were out of almond crunch pretzels, this was middle of the day on the weekend
Great location located next to Starbucks. Very friendly staff. Joseph is really nice hard working employee.
Horrible customer service ? the manager is rude ? if you don't like your job please find something that makes you happy but don't lash out on customers
Okay but like did you guys fire the nicest employee here? There was this kid who would literally keep his Kiosk stand so nice and clean. He would even clean the floor and always cleaned the plexi glass and the card reader. Now all of the stand workers left seem like they don't want to be there. I believe he worked here like over a year ago.
The kiosk is very nice. I enjoy meandering down to the pretzel station anytime the opportunity presents itself.

This place is pretty good. I just wanna know what happened to the British boy that used to work at the little stand? He used to give out extra pretzels when he was closing. He was literally so much nicer than the guy that works in the morning. Also why does only one person actually wear their name tag?
