Absolutely the worst cinnamon sugar pretzel I have ever had. Bread is very hard and maybe that's the reason not enough sugar and cinnamon powder was stick on it, worse than any free bread that you would get, except this one cost you almost $7.

disappointed about my service at this location :( arrived a few minutes before closing and received a mere-warm pretzel and the woman in front of me was offered a free pretzel, and i was the last costumer of the day and was given nothing extra.

Grrr I'm not happy with your stores both in north county fair , they would not give me my 2 fee pretzels that the company sent me more would give me my free one with the app one girl actually told me to F off so nice !! Thank you Wetzel's Pretzels you really do suck !!!

Employees are being abused. It's so incredibly hot in there, I felt faint only standing in there for 5 minutes. Unacceptable environment for employees. NEED to get a/c for them. I felt so bad for them

Okay but like did you guys fire the nicest employee here? There was this kid who would literally keep his Kiosk stand so nice and clean. He would even clean the floor and always cleaned the plexi glass and the card reader. Now all of the stand workers left seem like they don't want to be there. I believe he worked here like over a year ago.
I have given this location so many chances and still no improvement. The older guys that barely speak English are way nicer then these new kids. Also the pretzels are always cold and have been sitting there forever

Some places can swing and miss when it comes to making pretzels, but Wetzel's isn't one of them. They know the assignment and carried it out with great precision. Not much to say here but continue to give us the goods. BTW, the 5th star was for the warm caramel sauce for the pretzels, which surprisingly every company doesn't provide. Good on you, Wetzel's!

The kiosk is very nice. I enjoy meandering down to the pretzel station anytime the opportunity presents itself.

They make a nice variety of pretzels. If your a traditionalist this chain is not for you but if you want a warm, buttery, salty (or savory, or sweet) baked carbohydrate then you've stuck mall food heaven. Everyone knows (or should know) the Wetzel. The question is how do you like to Wetzel? I now enjoy the cheese pretzel with butter and salt.
