I have been going to this restaurant for a while and it feels like it’s very inconsistent with its food quality. The food is very salty and bland. And the pizza reminds me of ice rink pizza. The best part of Wildland is the desserts. And there services is very good.

It’s hard to believe this place doesn’t have a 5 star review. They’re turning out magic with every plate. I walked by the kitchen to get to the bathroom and I was in awe. The pizza breakfast sandwich is hands down best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The pastries are also out of this world.

We'd heard great reviews from friends and family, but were underwhelmed by the items we ordered. Eight adults for a celebratory dinner; 3 pizzas, 6 appetizers,2 orders of bread, 2 pasta plates, steak, fish and drinks, so lots of items to try. The pizzas were flavorless with really tough crust, the vegetables were over flavored , raw carrots , and garlicky broccolini. The music was so loud it was difficult to talk to anyone. This might be great for tourists, but as a local, we won't be returning.

We visited this restaurant yesterday. It was my birthday. We ordered crushed tomato margherita with Gioia mozzarella, wood grilled market fish parsley, grilled maitake mushrooms with parmesan fonduta, charred broccoli caper, and drinks. We wanted to order dessert later. The fish was great, but everything else was oversalted and covered in very salty cheese. The mushrooms were dry and oversalted. And the oversalted broccoli was very overcooked on the grill, dry and bitter. My friend loves pizza, and he was very hungry, but he ate it and winced because of how much salt there was. I couldn't even finish half a slice of pizza. I was upset by the taste of the food; I didn't expect it. We told the waiter about it, and she was surprised. She said that people usually complain about the fish being oversalted, but everything else is always good. We said that in our case, it was the opposite. We didn't order dessert or anything else.

1st off the food is excellent. We’ve been a a dozen times and we enjoy all of it. The grilled cabbage ceaser is so good. BUT… the music is annoyingly loud in an already loud restaurant. And we love music but not when you have to shout to others at the table. Next, the counter ordering system for lunch is the WORST! The system is broken and takes too long and honestly I won’t come for lunch any more. I popped in to order desserts to go and it took me 20 min in line with only three people in front of me??? Then I waited and waited and waited for my dessert. So like 45 min to pop in and grab a loaf of bread and three desserts. This isn’t sustainable and I won’t be back for lunch. Bad idea that doesn’t work. I also noticed others at tables waiting for their lunch in total annoyance because they had to just stand in a slow line to even order.

The smell when you walk in Wildland is incredible! I changed what I was going to order because it smelled so good. The butternut squash bread was delicious, especially the pepita crumble on top. The bacon was actually pork belly and sorry I am not a fan. They make their own hot sauce and that was great. There is no parking so be prepared to park far and walk. Beautiful atmosphere and overall a great experience. Worth the effort.
