Purely based on the taste of the food: the food was good. We ordered a bunch of things to share. We got a sushi roll, monkey brains, Xao long bao, black pepper filet mignon, spicy shrimp, and a noodle dish. I would say it’s good Chinese food, actual Chinese chefs too. The only downside is you can get these at a good Chinese food place for half the price. It’s pricey. The best dish is the black pepper filet mignon dish! They also don’t give you rice and you have to order separately. This is more like an Americanized dining experience. Our server was not good too. They need to work on service.

Amazing food and great environment for either a get together with friends or dinner out with the family.

Great atmosphere and super affable service. The food was fresh and yummy. Will clearly recommend this restaurant to friends. Reasonable rates and generous meals. Keep up the great work.

Nice Place, great service, seems clean, but rather lacking in flavor, nothing really pops!. Garlic Asian noodles with Parmesan cheese, YUK. ** star at best. Just boil noodles, add Parmesan, boringly bland, go to spaghetti factory if you want bland Pasta. White fish in black bean good ***, just not great. If you don't want something in your dish, be specific, even if you ask what's in it, ingredients showed up I didn't care for. so be specific.

This is our 4th time coming here and their dishes are always really good. That being said, I mentioned that they might want to clarify on the menu about the shell being left on the fried garlic prawns, just a thought. Otherwise, food was still good but not so much on the service tonight, especially for a birthday night.

This place gets four stars because they played Fleetwood Mac and thats my favorite band. Also, the chow fun, shiu Mai were pretty good. Presentation wise the half lobster noodles looked amazing ...however for the price of $21 and very little meat out (2oz) of the "half" lobster I would not recommend getting it. This place is on the pricier side but instead driving all the way to SD for a taste of Cantonese cuisine. This place has a Asian fusion menu so there's sushi and other stuff too

Today was the first time visiting Wokcano. While debating which restuarant to try out online I noticed their Happy Hour Specials. What attracted me to enter the restuarant was the BBQ pork buns. However, once reaching the door there was a types note saying they were not doing their happy house special in observance of the holiday. That was a bit of a let down. Our waiter Chris introduced himself and took our drink orders. I asked him if the items from the Happy Hour Special were still on the menu. He informed us that some of them were. He was correct in this information only thing I could not find was the BBQ pork buns on the regular menu. My spouse had the seaweed salad which he enjoyed. We ordered the Calamari which was flavorful but mostly breading. The fried rice was flavorful and had generous portions of shrimp!! The lobster sushi rolls had generous portions of lobster and crab meat on top. However, you can taste that the lobster meat was frozen. The atmosphere was nice. The tables were spaced nicely so you can enjoy your conversation and not hear the other tables conversations going on. Chris provided excellent customer service. The other gentlemen that helped deliver and clear the empty plates was very courteous as well. Sorry I didnt get his name.

I very much liked the food and the service was good. I really disliked the music blasting to a decibel that I could hardly converse with my co-diner. Also, I think the prices are a bit too high. This may be the reason why there were so little tables occupied.

I've walked by many times seeing the outside area thinking that was the entire restaurant not so; it is a huge eating area behind the hostess beautifully decorated with a very nice atmosphere! The menu offers MANY delicious selections. Some of the best Asian food we have had in CA.
