Stopped here for lunch today. If you don't want oysters, there are much better places to eat in Carmel. Oysters were very good, but everything else we had was average at best. Fish and Chips were greasy, Oyster PoBoy was bad and had to send it back.
It seems like the food quality has gone down since Covid. This use to be our favorite stop. Favorite dish the Jumbo Prawns are anything but jumbo. Inferior Prawns at a steeper price. Come on, you can do better.
From the prompt service to the delicious food, this was a terrific experience. Our server, Mark, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. He even let me sample some different wines to make sure I got something I was happy with. The oysters were delicious, as was everything else we had. It was also one of the more affordable meals I’ve had in Carmel. Definitely recommend!
