Bear + Flag Roadside

Great little sandwich shop. I've never had an Oak smoked tri-tip sandwich on Chibatta before. Very tasty and large.

Idk - sometimes you go somewhere and don't feel welcomed, so then your senses become heightened by the freezer burn and lack of cleanliness. Wish I could say I'd give this another chance, but these don't seem like the type of folks that would give me one. Peace!

Well, our tee time came and went with the rainstorm and we had to settle for other things that were just as nice...And, among them were the deli sandwiches from the Bear + Flag Roadside! What a treat, the sandos were Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Most nights when i cant sleep, i think about the burger here… Best thing in my life - ask for them to cook it w less oil- and on the krabby patty bun it comes on… omg. In heaven, there will be an endless supply of this burger

Solid roadside spot. IPA I got was past it's prime by a few months, but overall the selection was good. Tri-Tip & chicken sandwich were pretty decent, but the poblano mac & cheese, definitely memorable. Rich and creamy, good flavor. Planning on stopping by on our way out of town. I'd recommend stopping by at least once for a quick bite.

This review is long overdue as Bear and Flag is one of my go to spots for great breakfast burritos, delicious sandwiches and great salads. You can eat at one of the cute picnic tables or get your order to go. Perfect before or after the beach or a hike. The staff is always so welcoming and they also have wonderful wine events.

Ordered the fries.. The only good tasting food we got but the portion was small for their speciality of fries. I ordered the Cesar salad and added chicken. The dressing was bland and lettuce was bitter. the chicken was cold and unseasoned. Very disappointed. Husband ordered the smash burger and the meat was weird. Just didn't taste like a burger.

To say that Safeway sandwiches are better is an understatement. I ordered on the phone and he was very nice and clear, however I told him no onions on two sandwiches he gave me onions on not just one of them both of them. Not to mention the BLT was so soggy from too much grease and the turkey meat was gross and I found green spots on it. I do not recommended this place I had a terrible experience. The shop looked very pretty but it’s all a lie also I got three sandwiches for the price of 70 dollars. It’s a rip off for the quality of the sandwich and the price. Do not go here unless you want subway sandwiches for the price of surf and turf although subway sandwiches might even taste better
