We love Cafe dal Mare 🤍 It’s a cozy, inviting place run by a charming, local family with heart and soul. Everything there, is gourmet. My favorites are the hazelnut ricotta chocolate cake and cafè mocha; which they hand craft with a beautiful ganache; and their lemon tarte, which takes me back to the Amalfi coast while still enjoying ours! They’re also pup friendly, which makes for a fun stop on our daily adventures in town. Now, if Akira would only stop eyeing my cake…!

I got a tiramisu gelato and it was so delicious! But I wish they would play a little music or something. I came during a weekday so it was very quiet and a little awkward. Also wish they would do free samples. It definitely is a mood killer when places don’t. But thankfully I enjoyed the flavor I got

I stumbled upon this quaint cafe and thought it was very charming. The food offered (my favorite is the gelato) is different than anywhere else I’ve found in Carmel. The service was also great - I definitely recommend Andrew!
From the moment you walk in the door, Café del Mar has a magic that goes beyond the most incredible a lot of from Milan. It embraces every customer in a unique way that makes them feel welcome and the customer service is just beyond what hospitality is truly about in Carmel Andrew has been consistent every time no matter if the customer is requesting a particular temperature to their coffee to how they like there’s gelato served. He pays attention to every detail and not only that he does it with a smile and he’s cheerful and so professional, I could not say enough about the warm atmosphere the friendly service and overall you are sure to end your day or even have a snack in the middle of an afternoon here at Café del Mar with exceptional quality enjoy
