We sat outdoors and got the heat lamp for warmth..little chilly the day we went. The con was the mimosa drink..If I knew the mimosa was going to be in a big glass but the portion was 2 sips. I would have got a different drink. Very tacky. Other than that the food was good. The service was great.

Carmel Burger Bar is currently a double restaurant of sorts, also known as JeJu, has heir menu currently has burgers and Korean food. Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is boisterous and can get extremely loud with minimal people (due to a small space and poor acoustics) and there is also a great outdoor heated patio. The Key: the Food is fantastic! (See my other review for JeJu for more pics and info)

This place is awesome as we happened to swing by as we were just shopping in the plaza. I'm glad we did stop by for lunch! Andrea was our server and was outstanding ! She was so accommodating and provided us with incredible service. We ordered the dumplings for our 3 year old daughter. I ordered the Cheeseburger while my wife ordered the Korean noodles in black bean paste. The food overall seemed to be American Korean fusion. Come check this place out !!

Wow, we had an incredible time at Carmel Burger Bar and the food was amazing. We had the Cacio and Pepe, smash burger with onion rings , and wings. I loved the ambience in the patio, and how kid-friendly this place was. We will definitely be back!

Came for the Korean food and it did not disappoint! Loved the Korean fried chicken and cacio e Pepe with pork belly. Ask for the devil's toothpaste if you like hot sauce!

Really nice spot in Carmel Plaza. We were looking around for something with outdoor seating and this looked great. They have outdoor heaters to keep the chill away. The menu is interesting; the name would imply that they just have burgers but they also have a selection of Korean items. I ordered the mushroom truffle burger which was outstanding. I really appreciated all the mushrooms on it and also it was very rich and delicious tasting. I'm glad they had options for sides so you can get a salad instead of fries since the burger was so rich. My companion got the jeju salad which he really enjoyed - looked like a whole meal. We also ordered the pork potstickers which were great and came out steaming hot. I like how the menu has a good vegetarian selection. Our waitress was really nice and food came out promptly. I would definitely return!

If I am going to spend $18 for a burger, I want it to blow my socks off. And yes, I know Carmel is an expensive place to eat out. We came hare and sat outside to split a burger for lunch (upgraded the fries to onion rings for an extra $3 for a total of $21 (pre tax and pre tip). The burger we ordered had swiss cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms and a truffle aioli. It was VERY messy to eat. The "upgraded" onion rings were good and crunchy, but there were only about 5 of them. Service was fine.
